In a private path you will find a very welcoming and quiete house . On ground floor you will enjoy a large space with confortable sofa an open kitchen, a large dinner table and a shaded garden with olive and cherry trees. A nice king size brick barbecue to enhance your nice summer ecenings is also available.
On the first floor there is a large room to read or play chess or other board games. Two bedrooms with king size bed, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub complete the 1st floor
On the second floor there two bedroom, an office and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet

Relaxing, spacious, delightfully French ambiance

We were in Marseille for the Olympic Sailing and Xavier’s place was an excellent base for the six of us. The convenience store is like having a huge pantry 30 steps away! The boulangerie 200 yds down the street is marvellous. The beds and linens are really good (we like firm). Having three bathrooms is super and the main one is a very good size. Kitchen area works really well - very well equipped. It was really hot and AC would have been a treat but there are many fans. Xavier is a super host and answered so many unique questions - always helpful and always responsive. And our son-in-law won a Bronze medal in the Men’s Skiff event so this is the cherry on top of our beautiful pile of memories from this place!

Große Ferienwohnung auf 3 Etagen. Sehr individuell und kreativ eingerichtet, wie schon auf dem Bildern zu sehen ist. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Spielzimmer ist eine schöne Bereicherung. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit könnte stellenweise etwas besser sein, war aber ok.

Un air de vacances d'été en mai

5 jours très agréables en famille dans cette maison bien assez vaste pour nous tous : 2 parents et 5 enfants. Accès à la plage et au ravissant parc Borély à pied. Super séjour. L'hôte est très conciliant et réactif. Nous espérons revenir.
