This rentals open interior provides a spacious kitchen, dining and great room area. Kitchen is furnished with upgraded stainless steel appliances. Laundry room provides a full washer and dryer. All rooms are equipped with elegant ceiling fans. Exterior patio offers a relaxing setting for morning coffee with outdoor furniture, ceiling fan, and BBQ. Best neighborhood in STV/Queen Creek

The house is great, newer and well stocked. Very comfortable and the garage was large enough to fit my truck. Most in Arizona aren’t. I’m local and familiar with the area and specifically sought out Encanterra. It’s a beautiful neighborhood on the best golf course in the area. There’s a great restaurant with bar at the clubhouse. The house and neighborhood is perfect for snowbirds or anyone wanting a peaceful and quiet place. I stayed a month and loved it. Dawn the owner was awesome and super easy to contact and rent from. Thank you Dawn for being so awesome!
