Location... Location... Location!!! This is a privately owned and managed, gracious and spotless home. Steps to private beach areas. You can spend the best seasons in beautiful water, kayaking, swimming, fishing, surfing (great surfing location) etc, or you can sunbathe, read and surf the internet on your deck. It is all happening around you: ocean, beach, grilling, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walking. Ice-cream, the historic carousel and the miniature-golf are a pleasant 7 minutes walk on the beach. The beach is 6 miles of beautiful sand, with the Boston lights visible on the north side and the Minot light on the south; the sand is great for walking or running.

This beautiful beach house is fully renovated with new kitchen appliances, cabinets, marble carrera countertops, pristine bathrooms, hardwood flooring, two large flatscreen TV's, many windows which provide bright natural light and calm ocean breezes, and comfortable furniture for relaxing and resting.

The home has 4 lovely bedrooms (room 1- King Size Bed, room 2 - two twin size beds, room 3 - Queen size bed, room 4 Queen size Bed) 2 spotless and updated bathrooms, central air conditioning, fully stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies, Cable TV and wireless internet, an outside enclosed hot and cold shower, and sleeps eight. This house has every possible amenity you may need while on vacation.

Huge yard and large deck with gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Plenty of play area for kids and adults.
Also features, off street and private parking which is suitable for up to six cars.

Truly unusual in comfort and generosity. Just a short walk to the wonderful nearby bay and beach.

Great beach house in very friendly and convenient neighborhood

My family spent a terrific month at this house this summer. It has everything you would need (chairs, towels, outdoor shower) and is kid friendly but would be fun with a group of adults too. Very large yard with nice grass and tons of parking. Kitchen was well equipped. The neighbors were all very nice and friendly. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood had a small grocery store, ice shops and convienunce stores to walk to. Really the house and location left nothing lacking.
