Great for a large group!

The house was in a great location, near several restaurants and shops, and just steps from the beach. We had a group of 10, and the setup was perfect for us, with private sleeping quarters for every couple, and a bathroom for every two people. We did not see a sleeper sofa, but we didn't need it, so it wasn't a factor for us. We utilized both the outdoor kitchen and the hot tub- obviously any metal outside in FL will have some corrosion, but we had no problem using the grill, and the hot tub was VERY clean. Overall, we loved the property and will definitely consider it again, if our group size is the same for future trips!

Everything about our stay was Fantastic. The home is amazing and exceeded expectation. We came in on motorcycles for Biketoberfest, Would recommend.

Incredible Property!!

Absolutely wonderful!! The views are breathtaking. Not to mention the property itself! Gorgeous, spacious, and the outdoor beachfront deck is to die for. Owners are kind, available, and so helpful. They've thought of everything so guests don't have to. Can't wait to come back!

Beach Vacation 2023

Check in was super easy and the house was very accessible to the beach and local restaurants. My husband and I, our children, and our granchildren had a wonderful stay. There was enough space for everyone! Super clean.

Barry and Corinne are the owners of this property. This is the second Vacation Rental that we have owned and maintained. We have had a great track record with many happy repeat customers. Barry , a Home Builder of 40 years, tried to take everything into consideration in designing and building this vacation home. Our last home had a pool but since space was
an issue, we have included a large hot tub for out guest to enjoy. We want our guest to enjoy the home as we will. Our goal is to have happy returning guest for years to come.

Location! Location! Location! Beach, Eating Places, Entertainment all within walking distance. Publix grocery store 1 1/2 mile away. 20 minutes to Daytona Beach, 35 minutes from St. Augustine, 1 hour 15 minutes to Disney. Flagler Beach is a quaint little beach town with an awesome view and a lot of charm.
