Perfect location and amenities

we stayed at a building nearby last year but loved the pools at this building so picked this condo. Everything was perfect. Very clean, enough space for the 3 of us, and amazing views. The pool was perfect for our toddler. Easy in/out at the security gates and very short walk to the beach. Definitely will look to stay here again in the future!

This was a very beautiful condo to stay in. From booking to check out, everything was so easy. We had the most beautiful view from the balcony. The Miramar Three

Overall, everything great! On the VRBO listing, it says "hot tub" and there is no hot tub, however there is a heated pool. Our property manager, Delisha of Orange Sky Properties was absolutely outstanding in helping accomodate us with any needs we may have had, So I would recommend this property to anyone who is interested. This property is a real "price performer," and we look forward to visiting it again next year!!

Perfect spot for a small family!

Located on the 22nd floor with AMAZING views! Condo is very clean, easy to access, provides beach chairs, umbrella, toys for the little ones and boogie boards. The only thing I suggest is to bring beach towels (not provided). Kitchen has all the utensils you need, coffee maker, single cup kuerig and a blender. Beach - is stunning! The only back draw is if you want a close up spot to the shoreline, go down there early like 7am to put your own chairs and umbrella. If not, the umbrella vendors take up most of the beach setting up. Otherwise you’re going to be 4 rows back and can’t see anything. Or you can rent from them for $45 a day. Pool - very clean and water is cool. Overall stay, I totally recommend this condo! P.S. condo manager is very responsive and very helpful!

Amazing Views / Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautifully decorated, and the color scheme is beautiful! We felt relaxed and LOVE the beach vibe. The condo is on the 22nd floor and the balcony is big with the most amazing views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig. The master bedroom/bathroom is big, and the bed is very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom is towards the front of the condo and is very cute and the bed is comfy. The condo is across from the elevators; however, not once did we hear any noise while in the condo. I LOVE the condo and definitely want to continue to stay here when I visit the area which is once or twice a year. Booking the condo was very easy and I received the arrival information on time. Overall, this condo is a great, clean, beautiful condo equipped with pretty much anything you may need with the exception of your groceries. Oh, it also has a full-size washer/dryer that worked great! Check this condo out as you will love it too!

Great location!

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed in this condo. The location is perfect and the amenities are amazing. Our son loved the pools! Great that there are beach supplies for use as well since we travel in and don’t want to bring chairs and umbrellas. The bathtub in the hall bath was dirty when we got there so we didn’t use it and some of the towels were stained. There was also an issue with people throwing items off of balconies and landing in the pool area. This happened on several occasions on multiple days. Overall great property and super convenient for everything. Would stay here again.
