Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 full bath home in a quiet neighborhood (Heritage Hills) adjacent to Botany Woods and within minutes to Downtown Greenville, Haywood Mall, Bob Jones University, Furman University, and countless restaurants and opportunities for nightlife. The home is tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. If you’re looking for a 1 month+ stay, I’ll be happy to walk through the home with you before you book. Large fenced yard.

Put trash bin out to end of driveway on Wednesday evening. They come early Thursday to pick up.
Upon checking out, put the thermostat on 75 in the warmer months and 64 in the colder months. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house.
Also at checkout, please run a load of dishes and towels/linens on your way out. Place all other towels and linens on the floor in the laundry room.

We had a wonderful stay at Comfy Eastside Home Close to Downtown. The location was perfect for our visit — it was centrally located and very close to the family we were visiting. It also provided easy access through the neighborhood and was conveniently located near downtown, grocery stores, and several great restaurants.The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with convenient tools, which made preparing meals easy. We especially loved the layout of the home, with inviting living areas that made it easy to relax and spend time together.The neighborhood was quiet, welcoming, and perfect for walks. It felt like a great community and a very peaceful place to stay.Communication from the host was excellent. They answered our questions quickly and were very responsive throughout our stay.Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would gladly stay here again.

This is the perfect place for our extended family while visiting the elder generation who live a half mile away. There are a few "cosmetic" issues inside the house that didn't really affect us - the oven door is missing its handle and there's a closet bifold door that's off. The main suggestion would be to replace the light bulbs or light fixture at the front steps - it's very dark out there- must use a flashlight to safely navigate the steps and find the locks. We'll definitely be back (this was our 2nd stay).

I’m in the process of getting a new sofa and chair. I apologize for them not being up to par. I’m a widowed single dad with two kids and i rely on this rental home to makes ends meet. A one star review hurts greatly. I wish you had expressed your concerns directly to me. I will have a new sofa in there shortly.
