Ensure the propane tanks are turned off and covers are installed for the fire pit and grill
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM. No unregistered occupants beyond the quoted quantity.
Hot tub - no glass, rinse off before use, return the cover after use.
