Vast 2 room apartment of 70 m2 for 4 people, just minutes from the slopes, whether for your skiing holidays, snowshoeing, hiking ... or simply to breathe the fresh air and sunbathe.

This apartment with a small balcony has a great view, and is located on the 4th floor of a small building on the ramparts in the Vauban city, a World Heritage Site by Unesco.

It has 2 parts:
- 1 living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and open kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, raclette ...)
- 1 bedroom with storage
- 1 bathroom (with washing machine)
- Separate toilet
- West facing 1balcony.

This apartment has been completely renovated.

Welcomed in person by Sophi who explained everything and gave us good information about the Town and the area. Lovely very quiet 4th floor apartment in the old city with balcony and good views overlooking the town and up the Serre Chevalier valley. Kitchen very well equipped for those who like to cook. Comfortable bed. Briancon was perfect base for cross country skiing in the Vallee de la Claree, an unspoiled valley which has two large XC ski areas, Les Alberts and Nevache. To the south, can also recommend the XC area in Valouise.

Perfect place, perfect stay!

This place is awesome! Super cute, spacious apartment with amazing views of the valley. Well located in Vauban, close the bus stop and all the restaurants. The place is super well stocked and feels like a real home, which is hard to find in shorter term rentals. We spent a month here and wish we could have booked for two!

Lovely spacious clean apartment with great views of Briançon. Appartment had everything you needed, kitchen was a dream and Agnés was very helpful. Well-placed to access the surrounding ski touring areas. We stayed a month and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

An amazing apartment with everything you could want and need whilst way from home in an even better location with stunning views. Amazing communication from our host and smooth check in and out process. I couldn't recommend this room and location enough. I almost didn't want to write this as it is a hidden gem that I want to keep a secret for myself.

Ski week in February

Stayed in this apartment for a week early February. It was spotlessly clean, warm, bright and well equipped. Both Agnes and Sofi (who met us on arrival) were very helpful. As someone said in a previous review, don't be put off by the communal area as the apartment on the fourth floor is lovely, as is the surrounding area in the old Vauban, and much quieter than the town centre where we stayed previously. Would definitely stay again.

Je suis désolée pour votre crâne mais sachez que nous sommes dans un immeuble construit au XVII siècle, classé au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco. Les normes à l'époque n'ont donc rien a voir avec celles d'aujourd'hui.D'autre part, les travaux se font sous le contrôle des monuments Historiques, je ne pense qu'ils donnent ce type d'autorisation. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit zuverlässiger Vermieterin! Wir kommen gern nochmal, wenn wir wieder in Briancon Tage verbringen.
