Bright and quiet Studio - 2 to 4 people - Briançon (Hautes Alpes)
We appreciate receiving a small note about you and the reason for your stay at the time of booking.
Maximum 4 persons (1 double bed and 2 single beds*). Please note that we do not accept animals.
June 2020 - Our apartment has been completely renovated (paintings, installation of a floor in the mountain area, improvement of the electricity circuit and other small adjustments).
December 2021 - Completely renovated bathroom with installation of a shower and a washing machine
The flat is NON-SMOKING.
Children are welcome; pets are not allowed.
Ideally situated, bright, very quiet, with all comforts (classified 2 stars quality Tourism at the Briançon Tourist Office), south facing, facing the mountains, 600m from the Old Town and 1 km from the modern heart of Briançon, south gate of Serre Chevalier Vallée (10mn by car) and west gate of Montgenèvre (20mn by car), and close to the Vauban fortifications classified as 'UNESCO Heritage'.
The flat has a private underground garage, in addition to a common overhead car park, and a large garden in the condominium.
A wifi box is installed in the flat.
Rental from 2 nights minimum to 14 days
Possibility of renting on site: sheets and/or towels and/or bath and bath mats and/or hand towels and dish towels ...10€ per kit per bed or per person for the whole stay.

We spend frequently our holidays in this 'family' studio as well in winter than in summer. During winter, several very close ski stations (Serre-Chevalier; Montgenèvre; Vallée de la Clarée; Puy- Saint Vincent) enable to do alpine skiing or trekking skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski-surfing and other winter sports. In summer, the area offers a wide variety of walks, hiking and mountaineering, and touristic visits. The proximity of Italy (12km) is an undeniable added attraction .
