Perfect place

The home was just as beautiful as the pictures! The pool was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house had everything available that we could ask for. We had an excellent vacation and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Stay

Elias was fantastic. He was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The house was fantastic and had all of the necessities. We would definitely book again for another trip to the Phoenix area. WIFI speeds were great and pool was phenomenal.

Relaxing family time

We are a grandparent couple raising 3 grandchildren that are tween and early teens. This home was perfect for all of us. The kids loved the game room and pool. Everything was clean and high quality and perfect working condition. Host met us and was friendly and helpful and quickly responded to questions during our visit. Neighborhood was quiet and we could quickly access everything we wanted to do in Phoenix area. Highly recommend .

Perfectly appointed for families

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer home and location to stay. Perfect for everyone in our group aged 18-80 years! Also, everyone agreed the beds and pillows were great, which is important, right?? The kitchen was large and the outdoor space was spacious ~ really enjoyed being able to eat meals outside around the large table and relax around/in the pool. The grill was awesome as it was easy to light, also important so I don’t burn my eyelashes and eyebrows off! Overall, this home provided everything we needed and more. You would not be disappointed! Lastly, Elias is great to work with! Communication is easy and very responsive if needed. Super awesome host! Thank you, Elias!

Spring break vaca

I hate giving a fantastic review because I want this house available every time I need a vacation (just kidding)!!!! There’s nothing negative to say about this beautiful house or the owner Elias!!! They made sure they got all the best comforts of home for their guests. The king bed and pillows were AMAZING and I’ve already ordered the pillows for our home (currently on the hunt for the mattress as well). Our oldest enjoyed having her own space and said the bed was also amazing in her room. The patio was our favorite spot!!!! Fantastic lights, nice outdoor dining area and SUPERB pool! It was everything and more for our spring break trip. Elias gave us food recommendations for the area, came over and explained everything once we arrived and allowed us to check in early with zero warning. This rentals is exceptional and you won’t be sorry for booking!!! Hunteman Family

Great House

Arrived with my family for a weekend getaway and had the best time. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with more than we needed! The house had so much space for us all. The other thing that I appreciated was the little things that made our stay wonderful… the new bar of soap in each bathroom shower, the air blower for our floaties, the beach towels, the list goes on. Made our stay easy and a great time! Will stay again!

College Freshman Move In

We traveled to Phoenix from Texas to move our oldest to GCU, the house was amazing. Very clean, spacious, had everything we needed to make meals. The pool was a hit, water was clean and warm (we did not purchase the heating for the pool). Elias, the host was great, informative and quick to respond. Will definitely consider booking this property again!

Everything we hoped for and more!

This property was absolutely terrific! The home is beautiful and it was exceptionally clean and perfectly maintained upon our arrival. The residence was fully furnished with everything that we could have possibly needed. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and dining on the patio. Indoor entertainment was great with music and big screen tv’s. The check in and check out process was perfect. Elias was very quick to respond to any messages that I sent and the communication prior to our arrival was very informative. I really appreciated the hospitality that we experienced with this property. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun in the sun!

Elias and Yuri were the kindest and most responsive hosts we’ve had in the 11 years we have been coming to Arizona! If there was something that we needed, they took care of it. They responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the pool, quiet neighbourhood, video games, and Netflix! We would definitely return to their beautiful home again!

Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time at the Perez home! The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, and the gaming room was a big hit with our boys! We enjoyed the pool and the giant television! We didn't request to have the pool heated, but my husband and boys thought it was just fine. (It only took me an extra minute or two to get used to the water, and then it was perfect!) :) The location of the property was great too. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a couple of miles, and a quick 30 minute drive to our other destinations for the week: Spring Training in Peoria and Old Town Scottsdale. We highly recommend this house for families! A truly great place to spend quality time! We look forward to coming back!

Fun house!

Kids loved this house! Between the video games, the huge tv, and the fantastic pool, they wanted to move in permanently. The location was a little far from some of the things we wanted to do, but it was worth it to have a fun house for the family. Great stay!

My wife and I have stayed in rentals for many years on vacation with our family. In all our stays, this is the best rental we have ever stayed in. Elias’s home was immaculate, had all the extras, and communication was outstanding. It is also located in a quiet, gated community and the heated pool was a hit with our kids. I would rate 6 stars if I could! We hope to be back!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this property for a week at the end of February. House was very clean and decorated very nicely with plenty of room. We felt very safe and there was a major street nearby that have several amenities. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Best Deal In Phoenix

The house was perfect. It is located in a gated community. The owner provided everything that one would need for a comfortable vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a top notch stay.

Superior Hosts

From the moment we booked, Elias was very responsive to our booking & made sure our accommodations were top notch. Communication was superb from the booking all the way up to & during our stay. Their home is exactly as described, beautifully decorated like a model home & well stocked with all needs to complete a wonderful stay. We came out from California to the NASCAR Championship race weekend & will most certainly be returning next year.

THIS IS THE ONE! Stop looking...

We have rented different properties for over 8 years, and this house is our favorite! It's all about the details! It was clean, but I mean clean clean! The inside of the refrigerator down to the utensil drawer was wiped out and looked brand new! The house smelled fantastic when you walked in. Elias asked us to call upon entry, so he could give us little pointers around the house. For example.... He walked us through the remotes and surround sound for the massive TV in the living room, and the fantastic TV in the master suite. Let me tell you about the master suite..... it's amazing! There are LED lights around the top behind the crown molding. They even dim! The pool was our favorite Hangout spot! I don't think there was a single day that we didn't spend hours in it. Again, it's the little details that mean so much. From the cleanliness to the "Elias made" coat rack on the wall (we named it that); it felt like everything was thought of. Elias was very responsive to all of our questions, and spoke to us halfway through to make sure things were good. I will never visit Phoenix again and not stay in "our Phoenix home"! Thank you so much

Amazing

My husband, myself and our 5 yr old son spent a week here. It was probably the most relaxing vacation we've had. Our son spent almost the whole time in the pool. My husband went on a couple hikes, which were a short drive away. Having the BBQ and a nice patio to sit outside and enjoy the weather, was great. The house is well stocked with towels for bathing and for pool use. The location is close to the airport and any shopping and restaurants. My husband is already wanting to come back and we havent even left yet!
