*** NO PETS*** The Barefoot Breeze Bungalow is brand new to the vacation rental market as of 4/25/18. This cottage is a four bedroom, three bath beach cottage that sleeps eight in beds and has a pull out sofa that sleeps two. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, putt putt, historical downtown Saint Simons and one of the best beaches on the island. As you drive up, you will see the front porch with rockers, great for that early morning coffee or quiet evenings listening to waves. There is a gated entrance on the side of the porch that leads to the back yard area where you will find a corn hole game, back deck, sitting area, outside shower, fire pit, swing built for two, a tree house complete with rope and ladder and a cook out area with a gas/ charcoal grill. This area is sure to be a favorite for entertaining family and friends. Inside the front door you will find one of two living areas. This is great for those nights you want the children to have their own space. Their are two sofas, one which folds out into a sleeper sofa. There is also a large flatscreen tv mounted on the fire place. As you walk around the fireplace you will enter the dining area. There is a table with two chairs and two benches, seating for 6. In the hallway there are three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen area has a small eating bar for two, a second family room another sleeper sofa and another large flatscreen tv. The laundry room is located off the kitchen. The Barefoot Breeze Bungalow is sure to be a favorite vacation home for your family for years to come.

***Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night***



Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Cottage. The space was great for our family of 9. There was plenty of room, a short walk to the beach, and restaurants. We loved the backyard and the proximity to everything. We definitely recommend this property.

Family vacation

The property was clean and well stock with everything. We had an issue with one bathroom, and Benji came within hoursto address the issue, which actually was not an issue. Location was good and we had a really good vacation.

Wonderful Cottage!

We had an amazing time! The cottage was just as advertised, and more! We didn’t expect all the extra amenities, plenty of towels, the cottage was so roomy, the four bedrooms were a plus, having two living rooms was fantastic! Check in was a breeze, short walk to the beach, nice neighborhood, we rode bikes, very clean property, having a yard was great! If anybody is looking at staying here, and have any doubts, you can’t go wrong with this rental, much more than a beach cottage, we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Cottage

We loved our stay at this great cottage. This is a true beach cottage in a wonderful neighborhood! Easy to walk or drive to the Village/Pier area and several great restaurants. Having the 4BR and 3 baths were a big plus. Lovely back yard with fire pit, outdoor dining and swings. Cute covered front porch with rocking chairs. Property Managers were great to work with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained, very spacious, with plenty of amenities and a lovely tree house in the back yard. The outside shower was key for after the beach. Location was also great too with the main strip in 5 minutes of walking distance.

Nice place

The location is as listed - just a couple blocks from the beach and not too far from restaurants/shopping/pier. House is spacious, and has amenities that we do not always find in VRBO listings. Towels, including beach towels, fully furnished kitchen (we cooked most of our meals there), toilet paper, hand soap. We most definitely recommend this property.

Graduation weekend trip

We had a long weekend planned with extended family on the island. The home was perfect for us, more spacious than expected and the location to the beach and walking distance to local restaurants was perfect! We had no trouble getting checked in and the check out process was simple. The outdoor space was beautiful with a wrap around porch and hammocks, even a treehouse for the kids to enjoy! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet weekend on the island!

Perfect family home!

This property met our needs perfectly! We had 6 adults and an infant and there was plenty of room to spread out! The outdoor courtyard area was a nice perk, as well. Our baby loves to swing and the shady corner made it pleasant even in the middle of a very hot day. The kitchen was well-stocked with any cooking or serving item we needed, and there were plenty of bed and bath linens. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend that you do, as well!

Meetup of best friends

This cottage was perfect for our trip to meet up with our best friends! Just as described, very clean, and walk to beach or downtown. My best friend and our 4 kids really enjoyed our stay, we had plenty of room and could not have been happier. We used the kitchen and grill, the outdoor shower was nice for cleaning off after the beach, and the dining room held all 6 of us easily. Thanks for letting us enjoy this cute little cottage!

Perfect House Close to Everything!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cute beach cottage. It is so close to a beach access and to the pier. The house has so much room! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved the backyard and the firepit. The beds are very comfortable and we all loved using the jacuzzi tub at the end of the day. The house has everything you need and lots of games to play with the family. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the beach!

Great location. The property has very old furniture and clearly worn-out bed sheets. It looked like it hadn't been clean for quite a while which was disappointing. Other than that, we loved staying there. Nice neighborhood, not noisy, close to the beach (10min walk) and nice AC. My group would think about staying there again because of clenliness.

Very roomy house

Everything was great but 2 things-the floors were not very clean. They really needing mopped several times. Further the fridge went out during our stay. We lost a lot of food and did not receive a refund. Also, we were provided two coolers and 2 five lb bags of ice-not nearly enough for our needs. We enjoyed all the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the outdoor shower!

Great Location and Amazing outdoor space! Bigger on the Inside!

This place is MUCH larger than it looks in the photos! 4 bedrooms (1 with 3 beds!). This place was way beyond our expectations. Super close to the beach (2 minute bike ride) and a 5 minute Bike ride to the St Simon's Pier, literally around the block from 3-4 great restaurants! We will be coming back next year, and unless we drag 10 more people, we will likely come back to this one! Owners were super attentive to any needs we had (propane went out for the fire, they brought over tanks the next morning!) Had our morning coffee and evening drinks on the porch in the rockers, even on the nights we had a little rain. Highly recommend this location, except for the week before Easter of 2024 ;) (as we will be there! :) )
