Sassy Peach never disappoints and Brandon is so easy to reach and is very accommodating and responsive. We've been renting from them for years and it's always a great stay! Location is excellent - walking distance to the Village, shops and great restaurants, lighthouse, beach and putt-putt golf. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the heated, salt water pool is a plus.

Sassy Peach was a great vacation home for our family. 7 adults and 1 toddler. It is very spacious. Enough areas between bedrooms, porches and the backyard that you never felt cramped. I don’t think the pictures do it justice though. The kitchen is bigger than you imagine and it has a very large kitchen table that easily sits 8 to 10 people that isn’t pictured. And, of course, you can’t beat the location. A short stroll to the village area. Overall, I highly recommend.

Fabulous home for our group of 10, 6 adults 4 children, and our Lab, Emma. Kids, as well as the adults, really enjoyed the pool, and location cannot be beat. Kitchen was well stocked, which was greatly appreciated. Very short walk to, beach, village/pier, and several wonderful restaurants. Excellent communication with owner. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Ideal house in an ideal location on St Simon's Island! We were a small adult family group and the house was big enough for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The backyard pool was an extra bonus. Liked the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Kitchen was well-equipped. Highly recommend this place.
