Le logement est très bien équipé à tous niveaux : jeux d'extérieur, jeux de société, nombreux jeux pour enfants, ustensiles de cuisine, etc. La terrasse ombragée et la piscine sécurisée ont été fort appréciées avec la canicule. L'hôte est très réactif, sympathique et de bons conseils. Le village a les principaux petits commerces, les supermarchés et marchés sont proches, tout comme la Cité de Carcassonne.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 4 couples et 6 enfants.

Très bon séjour, en famille, de 4 jours.

Petites vacances en famille. Nous étions 14, dont 2 enfants de 5 et 8 ans. Tout était parfait, le lieu, les distractions (piscine chauffée, terrain de pétanque, ping pong, jeux et petit coin pour enfants etc…), barbecue et grande table ombragée. La maison est accueillante et spacieuse. Seul bémol, ménage superficiel (bcp de toiles d’araignée, « moutons » sous les lits, manque de netteté…Mais, en fait, ce n’est pas un reproche, juste une remarque, car la plupart du temps nous étions dehors et nous avons bien profité de l’environnement. Propriétaire très agréable. Malgré tout, je recommande ce lieu

Vacances entre amis

Nous avons passé un séjour convenable. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l’entretien de la maison avait été réalisé en superficie: de nombreuses toiles d’araignées et araignées dans toutes les pièces de la maison, les tables extérieures et les transats présentaient un grand nombre de fientes d’oiseux, une poubelle de SDB non vidée (présence de serviette hygiénique). De plus, nous avons pu observer le manque d’entretien de la piscine : sol sale ainsi que de nombreuses guêpes autour et dans la piscine. Nous avons dû faire intervenir un prestataire pour une intervention: au total 3 nids de guêpes détruits. À noter une communication fluide avec le propriétaire et un environnement agréable et calme pour cette maison de caractère.

August family holiday 2023

We had a lovely 2 week stay with family and enjoyed the location. However, there are a few points which I think you should be made aware of as they impacted on our stay: On arrival we were told that we should have brought our own bed linen where the only mention of this was in the rental specification was “housekeeping optional”. This needs to be made clearer as we flew and could no way bring our own bed linen. The owner did kindly let us use the linen available for no extra cost. The upstairs area was ok, but the three downstairs bedrooms were filthy and we had to dust and hoover on arrival. Also, there was dirty underwear beneath one bed and also used tissues with a used pippette in a bathroom. One of the showers leaked through the wall and soaked the floor and the upstairs shower had no shower curtain and the shower head could not be held up. Outside: the dining area all needed to be cleaned thoroughly before use and there were not enough sun loungers for our whole party. The pool was also quite dirty. Lastly, there were fish left in the house with no request to look after them, which of course we did.

Pas besoin de bouger, le gite se suffit à lui même !

L'accueil du propriétaire était très sympathique, tout est clair et précis. Le gite est reposant et confortable. Très bien équipé. Le seul bémol c'est les oreillers !! Pas un n'a de forme ! Venez avec le votre ou faudrait vraiment que le propriétaire investisse chez IKEA pour le rééquiper toute la literie d'oreillers confortables !! Pour info le réseau SFR ne passe pas, mais vous avez le wifi sur place ! Orange passe trés bien par contre. Mais c'est vraiment un endroit qui donne envie de revenir, surtout aux beaux jours !

Super séjour

On a passé une super semaine dans la maison de Nicolas entre amis. Piscine, barbecue, pétanque, ping pong, tout est là pour garantir un super séjour. Merci à Nicolas qui nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et a su être très réactif à chacune de nos demandes. Je recommande vivement.

Très bon séjour entre amis

Très grande maison qui nous a accueilli entre amis avec nos enfants. Plein de jeux et dvd pour les occuper pendant les jours de pluie ! Beaucoup d’activités et de visites autour dans les environs. Je recommande.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une propriété sympa au calme avec une vue magnifique sur les vignes. Les enfants ont pu profiter des jeux extérieurs et de la piscine. Nicolas nous a accueillis avec bienveillance et est disponible si nous le souhaitons. Je recommande cette location.
