In the countryside, a very large villa to gather Family and Friends

In this beautiful villa of 360m2, in the center of a private estate of more than 3 hectares (pines and oaks) without neighbors, ten people (eleven with an extra bed, not counting young children) can cohabit without embarrassment, find around a beautiful heated pool in the spring, dinner on a terrace (barbecue), leave without worry their children play in a vast area of ​​meadow and undergrowth. You will discover the animation of the superb medieval city, its famous summer festival, with the blazing of the ramparts on July 14th. The Cathar sites, the high valley of the Aude or the Mediterranean coast are less than an hour away by car: our guards will advise you.
From October to May, it is also possible to rent the weekend only to organize a family party or a meeting of friends.

You couldn’t ask for more really the location is fantastic just 10 mins from city centre and and 5mins form restaurants and shops. We had a fantastic stay here and I couldn’t fault it

Great property in an ideal location. Layout and rooms with own bathrooms. Lots of space inside and outside with a good pool. Some of the rooms do get very warm, so more fans would help, but we were there when it was in the late 30s

Fantastic villa for families

This was the perfect property for a few families to holiday together. There were so many different areas to use. The rooms were spacious yet homely. The pool was beautifully clean and a great size. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you may need. It’s not far by car to local supermarkets and attractions. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful.

The property was large and comfortable and made entertaining and relaxing like home from home. Kitchen was well equipped for large catering including BBQs Bedrooms all individually decorated with en-suite comfort Living areas tastefully decorated and large enough for 7-adults to sit in comfortable Pool was heated, very clean and enjoyed by all set in a spacious garden area All in all great holiday

Fabulous house

We stayed at Domaine La Pinede with friends - 9 in total, 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bedrooms are all unique in style and each has its own beautifully appointed bathroom. The house was big enough for all of us to have our own space but to also come together as a group for meals and games. The pool and outside area are lovely and we enjoyed many hours swimming, sunbathing and cooking on the bbq. The noise from the main road is noticeable outside at times but the beauty of the house and the convenient location more than make up for it. We had a fabulous time so thank you Isabelle and Thierry for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful villa in the French countryside

Our extended family (6 adults and 4 children) recently visited this beautiful villa for a week. It is a stunning property located about 10 minutes outside Carcassonne. The heated pool and outdoor space are fantastic. The accommodation is spacious and well furnished, with lots of different areas, allowing peace and quiet for older guests away from younger ones! We had an issue with one of the showers not working properly, which was frustrating, but otherwise, the house was great. One issue, which has been raised by others, is the number of wasps - there are obviously some nests around the villa, which could do with some attention. Overall, a lovely trip and we would definitely come back.

Really amazing and cosy house I beautiful Carcassaonne

We had a stay in the amazing house, which looked like a house from a lifestyle magazine. Well equipped kitchen, and mr. Thierry who was the contact person in the house was very quick to answer our questions. The only bad thing was that we thought that the house was equipped with air condition. There were only one air condition in the opposite side than the sleeping rooms, and it was out of function. So be aware that the nights can be very hot. If there were air conditions in the guest rooms we would gladly come back.

Family vacation

This property was just perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had a room with an ensuite bath. The kitchen was gourmet worthy with tons of dishes etc. In the midst of a heat wave the pool was a godsend. A/C would have been great but we made do with the fans. The location was excellent. Close to so many adventures. Thierry and Marielle(?) were there when we needed them but very unobtrusive. Thierry made sure the pool was clean at all times. Loved this place. Some minor suggestions— some plastic glasses for around the pool would be helpful and safer (we bought some of our own); there were a few places where a little maintenance and/or repair were required ie awning and umbrella repairs, shower temperature controls in a couple of the bathrooms (the water was actually scalding hot). It would be nice to have the neighbours large noisy dog leashed so as not to scare the children (and their grandmother).

Ruime propere kamers. Meer dan genoeg potten, pannen, borden, bestek in de ruime keuken. Heel goed ontvangst. Bijna alles was dus excellent. Minieme minpuntjes: Er waren wel parasols aan het zwembad maar die konden we niet openen omwille van de wind. En je hoort wel de autostrade dichtbij maar is niet echt hinderlijk. Wij gaan zeker terug :)

La maison était parfaite. La piscine et les exterieurs aussi. Maison bien bien équipée ( un petit air co aurait rendu la maison parfaite). Malheureusement nous n avons pas pu profiter de la table et du salon exterieurs proches de la piscine car gros nid de guêpes. Nous avons été piqué à plusieur reprises.

Familly trip

Belle surprise à notre arrivée en découvrant le logement, celui-ci était un peu plus rénové que sur les photos présentés, beau standing. Chambres spacieuses et salles de bains efficaces. Le bruit de l’autoroute est vraiment léger et tout est fait pour le minimiser. Seul bémol, nous n’avons pas trouvé de verres à cocktail et la piscine a dû subir un entretient intense la rendant inutilisable la veille de notre départ. A recommander.

Erfahrungsbericht

Das Haus war leider nur oberflächlich sauber, (viele Spinnen und Ungeziefer), es gab keine Utensilien um selbst etwas zu reinigen. Der Autobahnlärm war teilweise sehr störend. Mehrfach tauchten zwei fremde große Hunde auf, das wäre mit kleinen Kindern undenkbar, und war mit dem Hund in unserer Gruppe auch eine schwierige Situation. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat sich um Schadensbegrenzung direkt bemüht. Schade um das schöne Anwesen und Ambiente und die eigentlich gute Ausstattung.

"La Pinède", een topverblijf in Carcassonne.

De woning, het domein, de locatie en al de accomodaties hebben ons een prachtige vakantie geschonken. Het was snikheet weer en toch konden wij de woning redelijk fris houden, ondanks de afwezigheid van airco. De buitenzithoek en eettafel bood de nodige gezelligheid om 's avonds met de familie te genieten van aperitief en avondmaal. 's Morgens het ontbijt aan de frisse tafel op het overdekt terras. Op 14 juli konden wij genieten van het prachtige vuurwerk op de Cité van Carcassonne vanaf het domein La Pinède. Een echte aanrader!

Fantastisch mooie woning

Het huis is fantastisch. Zeer knap ingericht met alle comfort, ruimte en luxe die je je maar kan wensen. Alles zeer proper bij aankomst ook wat zeer fijn is. Je hebt ruimte in overvloed in het huis en ook de slaapkamers zijn allemaal met evenveel zorg, smaak en comfort ingericht. De keuken is zalig om in te koken en ideaal voor meerdere personen. De communicatie verliep vlot. Helaas hadden we wel veel last van muggen en ook wespen aan het zwembad maar daar kan je als eigenaar vermoedelijk niet veel aan doen. Je neemt dus best genoeg muggenspray mee. Dat was wel wat minder aangenaam. Het huis ligt dicht bij de autostrade en hiervan hoorden we wel het geruis op de dagen met veel wind. In het huis hoor je hier niets van en het stoorde ons ook niet echt. We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in deze top woonst!

Propriété agréable à proximité de la Cité,avec quelques points à améliorer. Le bruit de la circulation sur l'autoroute, signalé dans certains commentaires, s'entend mais n'est vraiment pas un souci.

Très grande maison, avec des chambres très joliment et recemment rénovées. Grand salon accueillant et meublé avec beaucoup de gout; Gros bémol pour la cuisine, en attente de rénovation, et qui n'offre pas d espace de rangement; Une très grande piscine, très bien entretenue, et chauffée. Le jardin est bruyant, du à la proximité de l'autoroute (on n'entend rien dans la maison). La maison est super bien équipée, dommage cependant qu'elle ne dispose que de 2 ventilateurs (portables); dommage également que le linge de toilette ne soit pas fourni. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, et le très bon accueil de Mr Valade, le gardien;

Magnifique villa à l’emplacement délicat

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est très belle et ideale pour 2 familles de 5. Malheureusement il a fallu s habituer au bruit de l autoroute qui est proche de la villa donc il y a toujours un fond sonore auquel il faut s adapter. Nous aurions aimé avoir l information étant donné le tarif de location. Merci à Jacky pour son super accueil et sa disponibilité !

Quant au bruit de fond sonore qui , au gré des vents est plus ou moins fort, tout en étant bien entendu correct et acceptable, puisqu'un mur anti-bruit a été construit, celui-ci était bien indiqué dans les "Remarques" de notre annonce.
