A sprawling ranch house in a serene rural setting along the Salinas River. This beautiful place is a perfect for a gathering of friends or family.
A kitchen that`s a chefs dream, in a huge open floor plan with an inviting living room with a wood burning fireplace. Walk out one of the many french doors off the living room that lead outside to the stunning rural setting, enjoy the swimming pool (heated for a fee), swing set for adults and children alike, fire pit conversation area, corn hole game, bocce ball, BBQ and a view that never ends. Take a hike along the Salinas River or in the hills of the 650 acre Vineyard that is also owned by the Cagliero Family. This house is fabulous! Very well kept. Spotlessly clean. Totally equipped with everything you might need and then some! Beautiful quiet country location in the middle of pistachio groves with a view off across the river that is fabulous and a view of the stars at night. Hosts were the best we’ve ever had in a rental. Very responsive with good information. They went way way above and beyond to give us a fabulous visit to Paso Robles! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Fabulous house

Another Great Stay

Our friends and I enjoyed another weekend in Paso Robles at this fabulous property. This location is easy to get to and gives you great access to activities in Paso Robles and the surrounding wineries. We also spend time playing games and enjoying the pool and the property. We can't wait to come back next year.

It was just wonderful staying at Casa Delle Noci for the second time ! The house is gorgeous, clean with great playroom and a swimming pool ! Samantha was so nice and everything went so smoothly ! I can’t wait to come back to Casa Delle Noci next year again !!!

Amazing Weekend

What’s not to love~this home is exactly as presented. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, every kitchen item we needed and then some. Bed’s we’re super comfortable and had plenty of storage so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. Plenty of bathrooms with super soft towels. This home was easy to find and was nestled in a beautiful valley. The view definitely didn’t disappoint. Very quiet and private. We didn’t use the pool due to the rain but it sure looked amazing. Sam is an incredible host and even came down and gave us some of the property history. A true story of marrying the girl next door:-). I feel confident we will be back again.

Best VRBO I have ever stayed in!

Words cannot express how pleased we were with our stay. The home was AMAZING to say the very least. There was so much to do and the house was so comfortable, we actually ended up canceling one day of wine tasting just so we could enjoy it. We hired a personal Chef for dinner one night and she was delighted by the size of the kitchen and the fact that all the amenities were available. The beds, the linens, and the pillows were all incredible. We used the fire pit, the pool and the outdoor games and had so much fun. The communication before and during our stay was immediate. Our only wish was that we could have met in person to share a glass of wine and hear more about the property and its origins. I guess we will do that the next time as we plan on a return visit in our future. Amazing!

Views like heaven + gorgeous sprawling ranch property!

We LOVED our stay at the "Nut House". Situated on a pistachio farm with no one around but the cows at the next ranch over! It truly is a special property! We went with friends and all the kids had a blast running around outside the property; the swings, pool, smores at night at the fire pit, game room and walking to see the cows next door. The home is well equipped. For those that value a good nights rest all of the beds and pillows are fantastic. I brought my own pillow and didn't even need it! Way to go Sam! A host that gets going above and beyond with the little things goes a long way! For those with little kids the pool has an automatic cover and we never felt unsafe. There were pool toys as well. Thanks for a great experience, we'll be back!

We loved our stay. This is a beautiful and tranquil property with numerous amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room. It's very close to downtown Paso Robles and places to pick up groceries. Sam is very helpful and communicative. Check out was super simple. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Top Tier Rental for Families!!!

We absolutely LOVED this house!!!! My family has rented many homes over the years and this one ranks among the best!!! It truly had everything you need to keep your family comfortable and entertained...inside and out! We cooked all of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen & pantry. Our teens had a blast in the game room, playing pool, ping pong and foosball. The pool is gorgeous, which brings me to THE VIEWS!!! We sat outside for morning coffee every morning and marveled at the gorgeous views of almond trees and rolling hills. We also loved having beautiful cows nearby and paid them many visits!! The proximity to Hearst Ranch Winery was great too and we walked over for a tasting! Overall, we just loved everything about this place...once you get your groceries, you never have to leave!

Pleasant stay at Casa della Noci

We had a very enjoyable weekend stay at this lovely home. We were family of 7 adults and two children, just the right size for the bedroom capacity. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well organized. The setting is pleasant, with a view of vineyards and countryside, yet still only 15 minutes from the center of Paso Robles.

Great Getaway

Golf Getaway

A group of golf friends stayed here and enjoyed golf at nearby courses (Hunter Ranch, Paso Robles Golf Club) and enjoyed the relaxing ambiance of the home. Pool was great to cool off after a round of golf and the grill was fantastic for steaks and burgers!

Beautiful house in a beautiful environment

Samantha's place was wonderful to stay in. Waking up to the vineyards and the farm animals nearby was a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of the everyday. I hope to be able to return sometime in the future!

Why they chose this property

The opportunity came for us to purchase this beautiful property May 2018 and we could't pass it up. We want to share the beauty this area has to offer with other people. We have farmed the fields around the house for the previous owners since 2002. The house in located in the middle of a beautiful new pistachio orchard. We can envision the house surrounded by the beautiful green trees, and we think it will be breathtaking. ...And This is why we call the house "Casa della Noci", loving translated from Italian as "The Nut House".

What makes this property unique

The back yard views this home has to offer are stunning. From the porch that wraps around the entire house, you can enjoy sunsets that will take your breath away. Although the Salinas river doesn't have water running in it year round, the area around the river is beautiful and it is a great place to go for a hike. We also own adjacent open property that has some beautiful hiking/walking trails, just ask and we'll set you off in the right direction. The house also has competition Corn Hole, a Ping Pong table, Bocci Balls, and lots of games! This home has the best of both worlds, rural serenity while only being a 10 minute drive from town and the multitude of wine tasting rooms, gourmet restaurants and attractions Paso Robles has to offer.
