Here you'll find brightly tiled rooms, cozy living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, private pool, hot tub and ping-pong table. Located across the street from Hearst Winery's Vineyard & Tasting Room. You'll find gas fireplaces, cozy living spaces, smart TVs in every bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, wifi and a private backyard. Remodeled and professionally decorated with your comfort in mind, the home features saltillo tile floors, bright colorful tiled bathrooms, luxurious beds and tasteful furnishings throughout while preserving unique historic elements.

The Space:
This historic-modern home is beautiful and stylish inside and out. Professionally decorated with a Spanish flair, this home is anything but basic. The tiled gas fireplaces will warm and welcome you home on cool nights. Original oak flooring and modern saltillo tiles rest underfoot. Bright playful New Mexican tiles grace the bathrooms and thick adobe walls surround.

La Hacienda is a very spacious 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home that sleeps 8 very comfortably. Plenty of fresh linens and pillows for the entire house, you will be provided with high thread count sheets and linens. There is a formal dining room with seating for all and a cozy living room with game table. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom as well as living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, dishes, glasses, appliances, and basic spices for use during your stay, perfect for making meals at home. La Hacienda Adobe is equipped with central heat and A/C, so you'll always feel cozy.

Outside you will find a large, landscaped and grassy yard. The private backyard features a new pool with i- ground jacuzzi. Back porch has a ping-pong table for use. Fire up the propane grill for dinner and enjoy the warm and sunny patio on those perfect Paso Robles afternoons. Outdoor dining table, couch and firepit make it the perfect location to enjoy a glass of wine and the sunset. You'll be supplied with propane for the BBQ and firepit.

Bathroom #4: Located off of the kitchen and laundry room. Features a toilet, vanity with sink, clawfoot tub with hand-held shower. Equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Common Spaces:
Living Room: The living room features two couches, a game table, gas fireplace and smart tv. Views of pool and winery.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cookware, utensils, plateware, basic spices, Keurig coffee maker (bring your own coffee), french press, blender, mixer and more. Gas fireplace with bench makes it a great place to hang out while you cook.
Dining Room: Located just off of the kitchen, the dining room comfortably seats 8 guests. French doors from here lead out to the backyard.
Laundry Room: Located off of the kitchen, the washer and dryer onsite is available for guest personal use during stay. Please do not launder linens from the home. Extra linens are provided in the hall closet.

Hearst Ranch Winery's Vineyards and Tasting Room is located across the street and is open for wine tasting with reservation. Guests enjoy complimentary wine tasting for 4 people of our award-winning wines.

*Fireplaces are turned off in summer to conserve gas, please let us know if you'd like to use them during your summer stay.

OUr stay was excellent. The place was exactly as the pictures desribe and its right across the streeet from the wine tasting. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Great property! We enjoyed a weekend with friends in Paso and this was a great place for us to start and end our days. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, swimming and enjoying time in the hot tub. The Place To Stay Is Paso Robles!

Cozy, clean, and every amenity you could want, this home on Hearst Ranch Winery was the perfect place to stay for a weekend in Paso Robles. Close to the town and other major vineyards, it was easy to get around via Lyft and a driver was never more than 14 minutes away. The complementary tasting across the street was a great way to begin the weekend. Jim was a great host!

This place was amazing! I absolutely loved it. The comfortable adobe house, the beautiful views, the pool and hot tub. It was an all around delight and I would definitely book again if I am back in the area. We stayed with a group of friends and had such a great time. The beds were comfy and cozy, there were lots of bathrooms and the kitchen was easy to work in. There was space to spread out and work or chill and room to gather all together. 5 stars!!

There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed our stay. We have been friends for about 30 + years. The house was in a great area close to restaurants, walking areas, and being able to literally walk across the street to wine taste was a big plus:)) The house was equipped with so many things, we enjoyed cooking there for several of our meals. Perfect Girl’s Weekend

We chose this rental because it had four bedrooms and a pool. We wanted a quiet weekend away as friends of 35+ years who just wanted a place to relax and be able to talk and laugh all weekend. We rented this home for a gathering with friends. The house was immaculate and fully stocked. Four couples had plenty of space and privacy. As a bonus the house is directly across the street from the Hearst tasting room, a preeminent winery. There is nothing that could have been done to make the stay better or easier. Owners Jim and Debi are life-long natives to Paso Robles. They are the owners of Hearst Ranch Winery- Winery, Vineyard and Paso RoblesTasting Room located directly across the street from this home. Jim is one of the few native Vintners born in Paso Robles. Together they have two sons- both work in either the family construction business or at winery. They have a passion for making fine wines and the beautiful community of Paso Robles.

Why they chose this property

This property is located across the street from Hearst Ranch Winery, Tasting Room and Vineyards in Paso Robles. It became available in early 2014. When we realized it was an original adobe, built not long after the San Miguel Mission, we knew we had something special. The original home was built from adobe blocks that were handmade from soil in the area by the mission, by local artisans. We have kept two small areas of the walls exposed so you can see the beauty in the blocks that were handmade.

What makes this property unique

The exterior walls in the original home are approximately two feet thick. This keeps the home at a very even temperature in Summer and Winter. It is conveniently located on River Road about 4 1/2 miles North of Paso Robles. This makes it very private, yet easy to get to and from shopping and local restaurants.
The home is also very close (about 4 1/2 miles) to the historic San Miguel Mission, one of the original 27 Historic Missions in California.
