70th birthday

A wonderful weeks break just been had by us all, ages from 2-70! The pool was lovely, lots of sun beds and outdoor areas for eating. Plenty of bathrooms which are needed with so many people. Very relaxing and a short drive to local shops and beautiful town of st. Maxime. Thank you for a brilliant stay

We strongly urge people to stay away from this property. We stayed there in July 2025 and it was a huge disappointment. After stayin there a few days we saw RATS around the house. For that reason we left early. The owner was notified and he promised to act but 4 days later we hadn‘t seen any action and the rats were still around so we left and went to a hotel.The overall condition of the house is poor. The house is advertized as „Recent 4 star Villa“. It is not recent and it is far from being a 4 star property. Furnitures are old and dirty, beds are very simple and some in bad condition, bathrooms are old and worn.The house was extremly dirty. The cutleries were not clean and the drawers hadn‘t been cleaned for months and had dust, human hairs and food stains.The sofas and chairs are very dirty and worn. The floor seemed to have been cleaned only in the Kitchen, baths and walking areas. We bought cleaning supplies and washed the floor. We had to switch water 6 times while washing those ca 150 sqm. Th mop after was black from dirt as you can see.The outdoor area had lots of leaves and tree branches all over. And weed around the pool and the house and in the balconies. The amount of dirt was amazing.The property is described as having 6 bedrooms. But it never discloses that one of those rooms is only accessable via another roomSo if you are considering renting this place, give it a good thought. We will stay far away from this owner and his properties

In response to this comment, I would first like to point out that this guest inspected the villa with me upon arrival and signed the check-in inventory, which confirmed that the villa met his expectations, that it was clean, as well as the garden and the pool. He did not raise any objections. I had issues with him even before his arrival. He did not pay the deposits on time and I had to remind him several times. He also told me that he did not want to pay the security deposit, which I accepted—something I regret today as he ended up tearing off a stair railing… During his stay, he contacted customer service asking for a full refund of his stay, claiming that the cleaning had not been done, that there were leaves on the ground in the garden, uncomfortable beds, mice, etc. In reality, he simply wanted to have a free holiday. The 4-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation classification is awarded by an organization affiliated with the Sainte-Maxime town hall. This villa has already been certified twice, the most recent being two years ago. I have been managing holiday villas for over 15 years, and I put all my heart and energy into satisfying my guests. I personally prepare this villa with the cleaning staff and make sure everything is perfect for their arrival. I am also always available during their stay to assist or provide advice. I invite you to read the other reviews, which are much more objective than this one, and I truly hope to welcome you soon.

Globalement très satisfaits. Excellent contact avec le gérant (Valentin) toujours disponible et serviable.Concernant la maison,2 bémols sans grande gravité: 1) 2 chambres sont communicantes, et il faut passer par l’une pour accéder à l’autre. Ceci n’était pas apparent dans la description sur le site Abritel. 2) La machine à laver et le sèche linge sont dans la salle de bain contiguë à une chambre, donc à n’utiliser qu’en dehors des heures de sommeil (nuit ou sieste).

Perfekte Lage zum Strand/Stadt

Patrick der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das Haus haben wir wie beschriebrn und bewertet vorgefunden! Es hatte für uns die perfekte Lage und Grösse. Einziger Minuspunkt es war für uns nicht ganz klar, dass beim Umschwung kein Rasen vorhanden ist. Da wir Kinder von 2-15Jahren dabei hatten, hat dies ein wenig gefehlt. Ansonsten war für uns alles sehr stimmig.

Das Haus hat uns allen Spaß gemacht. Gemeinsames Essen, Billard spielen und Baden im Pool, aber auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten sind gegeben. So war für jede Altersstufe etwas dabei.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 11 dans cette maison très agréable. Les photos sont prises à l’avantage de la maison et la déco intérieure manque un peu de soin ; il faut également préciser que deux des chambres sont communicantes avec obligation de passer par une chambre pour accéder à l’autre ; mais les espaces extérieurs sont extras avec une piscine au soleil toute la journée et une terrasse ombragée. Le propriétaire est par ailleurs très disponible et nous a fourni tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Vrai plus : la salle de billard et de baby foot équipée d’une grande télé et d’un frigo !

Facilities were excellent, plenty of space for the 10 of us. Kitchen was great, plenty of cooking utensils. Bathrooms were absolutely what we wanted. Sainte Maxime is a lovely area to visit, this was the perfect base for us. Loads of lovely restaurants just a 10 minute drive away.

Waren mit 12 Personen für 2 Wochen dort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bietet genügend Platz. Der Außenbereich mit der großen Tafel und dem Pool eignen sich sehr gut für Kinder. Patrick war immer erreichbar und antwortete schnell. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die steile und enge Auffahrt.

Nous étions un groupe de 12 amis venus passer une semaine de vacance dans cette villa qui a totalement répondu à nos attentes. L'équipement correspond en tous points à ce qui est annoncé. Le propriétaire a tout a fait le sens de l'accueil et encourage par son écoute et sa disponibilité à location et à l recommander cette location autour de nous. Nous garderons tous un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Großes Haus in guter Lage

Wir waren Ende August für eine Woche mit unseren Kindern in der Villa und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Patrick war sehr flexibel und hat auf unsere verfrühte Anreise sehr schnell reagiert. Die Übergabe war problemlos, Haus und Pool in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist auf Großfamilie ausgelegt, mit zwei riesigen Kühlschränken und genug Geschirr für 12+ Personen. Die Bilder im Haus sind gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht immer jugendfrei ;-) Mit Billard, Tischkicker und Pool war die Freizeit gut ausgefüllt, für Ausflüge liegt die Villa ausreichend nah am Ortskern von Sainte Maxime, dass man auch mal zu Fuß dorthin laufen kann. Es gibt aber auch Busverbindungen. Auch bei unserer Abreise hat alles prima geklappt. Wir können Patrick und seine Villa sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons loué la villa en juillet 2016. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir : environnement sympa, au calme, très propre. C'est une VRAIE villa pour 16 personnes (couchage, vaisselle, transat, ...) Villa très pratique si vous avez des enfants/ado (étage du bas un peu séparé du reste de la maison). 2 terrains de tennis à proximité. Propriétaire très sympa et hyper disponible (nous avons eu un petit souci avec le frigo, il a réagi dans l'heure) . Seul point négatif : le barbecue (pas propre et pas totalement fonctionnel). Villa très agréable, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire, il ne manquer rien.Tout était parfais.St Maxime est une petite ville agréable et familiale. Nous tenons encore a remercier le propriétaire pour son accueille très chaleureux.Nous ne sommes pas prés d'oublier,que de bon souvenir!!!! Comme disent les enfants: c’était d'enfer!!!

Tout simplement génial !!!

Nous étions 12 (2 adultes et 10 enfants) pour cette première semaine de vacances de printemps... Comme en plus le soleil a été au rendez vous toute la semaine : Commentaires des enfants : "c'était beau, c'était bien, c'était génial" ou encore "on veut pas partir, on reste là" Les adultes aussi ont eu du mal à remballer... Super semaine. Maison fonctionnelle avec ce qu'il faut (même si nous n'avions pas trouvé l'étendoir pour le linge) - très pratique les 4 salles de bains lorsque l'on est 12 !!! Unique bémol, mais qui n'est absolument pas handicapant :-) les marmites un peu trop petites pour cuisiner pour un grand nombre Nous reviendrions tous avec grand plaisir. Propriétaires très agréables.

Je vous remercie pour votre avis. Nous avons aménagé la maison pour que tout le monde puisse passer un excellent séjour. Pour les jours de pluie, même si ils sont rares à Sainte Maxime, les jeunes et les moins jeunes peuvent jouer au babyfoot, au billard, à la console de jeu ou encore regarder un DVD (sur l'une deux grandes TV). Nous sommes désolé pour la taille des casseroles. Vous étiez parmi les premiers locataires et nous allons rajouter des grandes marmites pour les suivants. L'étendoir à linge était bien présent, mais pas très visible. Nous vous accueillerons à nouveau avec plaisir.
