Air-conditioned, completely enclosed villa with a tree-filled garden, an infinity swimming pool, and sea views from the terraces, in a quiet, residential area that is very calm and relaxing. It is also 300 m from the beach, with direct access.
4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms
2 terraces, an outdoor living area through the terrace
1 exterior dining area on each terrace, one of which is equipped with an awning for protection from the sun.
Indoor parking for 2 cars, automatic gate, intercom camera.
All outside lighting is controlled through remote control at each exit point. Electric shutters.

Private, quiet, well equipped villa

This is a beautiful, well presented villa on a private estate looking out over the treetops to the sea. On regatta days you can see the yachts sailing by. The beach is a short walk away but the walk back up the hill might be a little difficult for the unfit.

A l'arrivée dans le logement, très peu d'explications. La seule chose que la personne voulait c'était l'argent pour le ménage de fin de séjour. La somme de 320 annoncée sur abritel s'est transformé en 360 (aucune explication) et la somme devant être payée seulement en cash. Pas de possibilité de payer par chèque. Le logement n'était pas propre. Le logement est très mal entretenu et des travaux de réfection sont à prévoir. La seule chose positive, l'extérieur et la vue.

Merveilleux séjour

Une vue magnifique sur la mer, une piscine a débordement agréable et chauffée, intérieur de la maison moderne et fonctionnel, à cinq minutes à pied de la plage avec accès direct , plage de la nartelle très propre et très agréable avec ses restaurants sur le sable, très agréablement surpris par ce séjour à sainte maxime on reviendra.

Wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit dem wunderschönen und sauberen Pool sowie mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Leider war das gesamte Haus in einem nicht gut gesäuberten Zustand. Wir haben 760 Euro für Endreinigung, Hunde, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Toilettenpapier bezahlt. Es war nicht eine Rolle Toilettenpapier vor Ort. Insgesamt herrliche Lage, aber revovierungsbedüftig für den hohen Preis.

Mitigée par cette villa, emplacement et vue exceptionnelle, il faudrait penser à renouveler les photos qui datent (2005), beaucoup d'imperfections et mauvaises finitions dans la villa. Bonne réactivité avec notre interlocuteur, suite à un souci avec la piscine.

Schöner Familienurlaub mit Hund

Mega Blick, toller Pool, riesige Terrasse, ruhige Lage und doch fussläufig zur Busstation (15 min), guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten an der Küste und in der Provence. 3 Zimmer oben super, 1 Zimmer unten weniger schön und etwas muffig. Wir waren da mit dem Hund - passte. War ein super Urlaub!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances grâce au soleil, à la région et en grande partie grâce au confort de cette magnifique villa. Tout est conforme au descriptif, la vue sur ma mer est splendide et la piscine super agréable. On peut louer cette villa les yeux fermés !

Formidable...........

Maison idéalement située entre Ste Maxime et les Issambres, parfaitement au calme (mais nécessité d'avoir une voiture). La vue sur la mer est tout simplement exceptionnelle (du jardin, de la piscine et des terrasses, ainsi que du salon). L'ensemble est très moderne et très bien équipé (en particulier, pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner, tout y est...). L'accueil est fait par une amie du propriétaire. Elle est à la fois charmante et tout à fait disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison! Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a 3 chambres (dont une en mezzanine fermée). En rez-de-jardin, il y a un studio indépendant (accessible uniquement par l'extérieur) avec 4 couchages et cuisine indépendante si on en a le besoin.
