Come enjoy Lake Hamilton at this luxury lake house, where you can relax and enjoy the views... and boy do we have great views. With chic design, the finest of amenities, a boat dock, and paddle board all provided, your vacation getaway awaits you. Ideal location close to downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn.

As you walk in to this home the first thing you will notice is THE VIEW. From nearly every room in this house you feel as if you are on the water. The covered patio area is complete with a sitting area, table, and outdoor grilling kitchen for you and your family to maximize the view.

The Master has a King bed. Directly behind the bed is a sitting area with a couch and television. The master bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and great vanity area. The laundry room with washer and dryer is in the master bathroom.

There are three remaining rooms: two queen beds and then one room with bunk beds. One bedroom has its own bathroom, while the other two rooms share the large bathroom between the two.

There is plenty of space in this home and a kitchen with the finest of appliances. The bar has an ice maker and beverage fridge. What more do you need?

Lovely home

This house is on Lake Hamilton and the view is amazing. We spent a lot of time on the back porch. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Such a beautiful property! The view from the master bedroom and the dining area was everything. Very inviting and equipped with everything you may need! The owner even left us a cake, although we forgot about it! I would love to stay at this property again!

Great Family Get-Away

We rented this property for a long weekend with our family and thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. The kitchen and baths were nicely stocked with all the essentials. The home furnishings were lovely and the location on the lake was idyllic. I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I purchased this home with his parents for us all to enjoy as a family. We all live in central Arkansas and enjoy escaping to the lake when we are able, but are happy to let others use it when we can't. We hope our family has many great memories in this house, and want you and your family to as well.

Why they chose this property

We use this home as a second home, so it has everything you would need in kitchen appliances, linens, etc. All you really need is your swim suit and toothbrush. We've got the rest covered! The property is literally right on the water. As soon as you walk in to the home, you are drawn to the back patio which is covered (with fans!) for great lounging.

What makes this property unique

This location is great because it is private and away from the crowds, but still close to downtown, several good restaurants, Oaklawn, the bathhouse row, etc. We have a boat slip that guests who rent a boat use and tie up their boat on the side. The house is in a no wake zone, so there are minimal waves. Great for swimming!
