Double diamond lake house with private boat and swimming dock on Lake Hamilton.

Spacious two-story Lakehouse, with two living areas, four bedrooms, three bathrooms.
Two outside patios. Upper patio is open and runs entire length of the house. The lower patio is very large and fully enclosed.
The upstairs living area is very spacious and has a large screen TV for all your TV and movie viewing. Wi-Fi included. The downstairs living area is also very large and has a wet bar.
The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need to prepare any meal. There is also a charcoal grill right outside the kitchen area.
There is a laundry room downstairs with full-size washer and dryer.
The private boat and swimming dock also include a sliding board and space to lay in the sun and sitting enjoy the company of others

The house is off of Albert Pike close to everything that Hot Springs has to offer

This is a lake house with all the amenities of home. You are a few easy steps (out the back door) from the water on Lake Hamilton. The lake house is close to all amenities of town and lake activities. There are rental locations, close for boats, kayaks, and more. Swim in the lake and enjoy the water or fishing off the dock. Enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, or just relaxing with the family.

The lake house is 5 to 10 minutes from Oakland park, horse, racing and casino resort, downtown, historic, Hot Springs, and many other things. Great restaurants and plenty of nightlife nearby make this location perfect for a quiet getaway or a weekend of fun and excitement..
