The 1500sf. main house is located directly on the water's edge with large deck and includes a guest cottage directly behind the home, The main house has 2 bedrooms, each w/king size beds, plus a queen size EZ bed & a queen size hide-a-bed to sleep 8. The main house has 2 full baths inside and a half bath outside. The guest cottage has 2 bedrooms, one upstairs with a balcony, king bed, its own bath with shower and the second bedroom downstairs, with king bed, its own bath and walk-in shower. The guest cottage sleeps 4. Both houses combined will sleep a total of 12 guests.

Incredible views! Fish right off the deck that hangs out over the water! This lakefront property has over 400 feet of lakefront. Main house is directly on the water’s edge, with a spacious 1700 sq. ft. deck overhanging the lake. Outdoor seating for 10, dining table; hot tub, wood burning fire pit and charcoal BBQ grill. This property has a boat ramp, private boat dock and lots of parking for a boat trailer. Also included is a separate 1200 sf. game room with pool table, full length shuffleboard, WIFI and big screen TV with viewing area.

NOTICE: For people who may have mobility/step challenges, there are two areas in the home with a step up/down into a room. There are also places on the deck that have one or two steps at most. This is an older home built in the 1950s that was originally a marina. The house has had many add-ons in the past and we have made many updates to the home and grounds.

We have two other properties near the same location that can be rented for weddings or special events. VRBO numbers The Hideaway 3021203 and Sunset Cove 3021235. The whole property will sleep 22, 2 game rooms, 3 kitchens, 8 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms.

Felt Like Home

As I get older I rate places to stay by how comfortable the beds and pillows are. While this home was decorated in great style for a perfect lake side stay, it was the beds and pillows that won the day. Our stay was short but very relaxing after a vacation trip through Tennessee and Kentucky. Love the property.

Family vacation

Location was wonderful. Property was very clean. We also rented the guest cottages. The lower cottage was not tall enough for our 6’5” son to stay in but the top one was fine for him. We loved the deck and the kids loved being able to swim all the time. We did have to find a larger ramp to unload the boat. Overall we would highly recommend for a wonderful family trip.

Beautiful spot on lake

The property is very clean and the stay was very enjoyable. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any place we have stayed, in regards to cooking utensils and pots/pans/baking sheets.

Great Weekend getaway!

Views were spectacular, right on the water! Great amenities- game room was a fun added bonus. Wonderful place to spend time with friends or family gatherings. Beds were very comfortable! Hope to go back in the summer for a longer stay! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We booked this property because we wanted to stay as close to the water as possible. This house certainly did satisfy that want. One of our guests is unable to be outdoors, but they still felt part of everything because of all the windows in the living and dining areas overlooking the water. Another guest is unable to climb stairs so having no more than one step at any given time ensured they could easily be with everyone else. The older kids had their own private space separate from the main house, and the younger kids enjoyed the game room. We spent the entire three days swimming, kayaking, fishing, and sitting on the expansive covered deck next to the water. I cannot say enough good things about the location and also the hosts. We had a request which they fulfilled and a user error with one of the keypads that was almost immediately resolved.

This was our second summer to stay at the house for a week! Right on the water! Beautiful views! The beds could not be more comfy! Kitchen is well stocked! We never want to leave! The weeks goes by too fast! Highly recommend this place!

Great Family Vacation!

We loved staying at this property! It was very clean on the inside. They guys loved spending time in the game room. The outside needed to be swept to clean up all the cobwebs. The view was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed coffee by the lake every morning!

Awesome location! Great for our group of 10. So much room on the deck for everyone to gather and be comfortable. Right on the water. Our teens enjoyed the game room, my husband fished, the younger kids floated in the water while other lounged on the deck. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location and property

Thank you for sharing your Lakehouse with our family and friends. The outdoor amenities were out favorite. Comfortable patio furniture to sit and enjoy the lake. The hot tub, fishing along the bank, and easy access to our boat were just a few more of our favorites. Thank you again! Beautiful property!

Wonderful place! The dock/patio was perfect for waking up and fishing!

We enjoyed the dock- brand new lighting was enjoyable. The owner had replaced the bath and hand towels with thick Turkish cotton towels! There was new flooring throughout. We caught/released 12+ bass and perch... so fun!

quiet cove, great outdoor area!

House was clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for 4 adult couples. Very nice kitchen, extra refrigerators in the game room were a plus! Game room was enjoyed by all. Outdoor space was very comfortable, enough seating for everyone, and comfy furniture. Does have lots of levels, ups and downs on the deck as noted in the listing.

Great Flexible Getaway

Great quiet location right on the water. The multiple buildings enabled the kids to play and stay up late while parents/grandparents went to sleep. Plenty of space for rainy day activities. Only downside was Wi-Fi coverage was only available in the main house and not in the game room or guest cabin. (For us) Would definitely stay again if in the area. Owners were very responsive!

Hot Springs Hideaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Robert and Gigi’s place. We did have some issues with check in due to either lack of instructions being provided to VRBO, or the VRBO app would not load the info due to connectivity issues. Once we contacted the property manager and received the instructions, we had a great weekend. The separated game room was awesome, especially having a toddle, because we could be louder without fearing waking her in the main house. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time and made lots of memories. Daughter got engaged on the deck at sunset. The houses were so nice and clean. We all had plenty of room. We will for sure be back. The owners were so easy to deal with and I would like to thanks them. Just need to k ow where you got the sheets and the mattress, they were the best and would love to have some.

Relaxing Winter Weekend

I rented this property for my husband's birthday. 6 of our friends joined us for a total of 8 and we were all very comfortable (with the additional guest house included). There was enough space for sleeping and for activities. We enjoyed the lovely view of the water while spending time in the kitchen cooking, eating, and playing cards. At night, we loved the fire pit and hot tub as well as the gameroom that felt like our own little small town bar. Thanks for a great getaway!

Loved our visit!

We had such a nice time at the lake house! It’s perfect if you have a big group but need a little space. My family with the kids and my parents stayed in the main house and my sister and her fiancé were able to enjoy some space in the guest house. We really enjoyed the new sheets! The house was very clean and cutely designed AND it sits right on the lake - beautiful views from the house and the hot tub and the fire pit - perfect for a weekend retreat! We had one small issue and the owners were super quick to respond and so nice to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

Great view and very peaceful area.

Had everything we needed and description very accurate. Several small steps from room to room, so elderly or handicapped might have a few issues. They did a good job adding extra lighting in the easy to trip areas. Beds are very comfortable. Great place for a big family & we never felt like we were on top of each other. The little 2 bed cottage was perfect. Extra ground lighting from main house to cottage would have been nice. Perfect place to celebrate daughters graduation.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our week long stay. There were a couple of issues the day that we checked in, but everything was addressed promptly by the owner and property manager. Communication was easy and efficient. The property itself is as presented in the listing. We rented the guest house as well, and our entire family was able to make great use of the grounds and game room too. We brought a boat and were able to launch it directly from the driveway. The house is located on a quieter part of Lake Hamilton and we really appreciated the serenity of being off the main channel. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Overall, this was a great stay!

Quarantine Getaway

This house is so perfect. A big yard and wrap around deck. The kids and dog had such a great time running around. We brought kayaks and spent the whole time on the deck or in the water. The fire pit was great for s’mores! The game room was fun—we loved playing pool and hanging out in the man cave. We got great cell service and WiFi at the cabin. The guest house was perfect for friends who decided to join us in our lake time social distancing. The beds were really comfortable and we really enjoyed having 4 king beds! The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Just fine

The location is amazing. The house is right on the water so the kids could just jump in when they wanted. The pictures are absolutely accurate with how beautiful the waterfront is. The house itself is in need of some love. Several small steps in the home transitioning to rooms that we constantly tripped over. Master bathroom is small but the bedrooms are lovely. Ant problem in the main and guest houses. Hot tub needed to be cleaned. Game room was great though I suspect it is an electrical hazard with it's various exposed wiring. We encountered a couple dilemmas (not mentioned here) during our stay, and the owner was very prompt to respond and resolved most things. Overall, I would recommend this as a place to stay, but go in to it knowing the house is not *quite* as clean and bright as the pictures make it seem.

Our property is remote, but still only 10-12 minutes from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming has live & simulcast horse racing, as well as a casino with slots and table games, and beautiful downtown Hot Springs is only 15 minutes from the property. There are museums, art galleries and of course Bathhouse Row!
