Nestled in the hillside, this 2nd floor unit is located above the downtown Gatlinburg Parkway with easy walking to street level.

Visualize gorgeous mountain views from your private master bedroom balcony or entertain guests on the main balcony off living room.

Spacious master bedroom supports: king-size bed, private bath w/ walk-in tile shower, garden tub Jacuzzi and granite top dual sink vanity.

Guest bedroom: (2) queen-size beds with private access to full bath that includes tub/shower combo. Each bedroom supports its own TV for individual viewing.

Conveniently located in the guest bedroom closet are a Pack n Play Mobile Play Yard & High Chair for the little ones.

Fully furnished kitchen with granite top counter & bar area is ready for home cooked meals or awesome appetizer preparation. Additional conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer along with blender, toaster, mixer and electric knife. Caffeine Lovers; fear not, both Keurig & Traditional coffee makers are available.

Dining Room seats (6), but can accommodate more w/ table leaf extended for playing games and socializing with Family & Friends.

Snuggle up on chilly days with the warmth from beautiful gas stone fireplace. Enjoy free WiFi and Cable TV.
No Pets allowed with the exception of Service Dogs.

Summit Manor complex is located within close proximity to outstanding Restaurants, Convention Center, Ober Gatlinburg, terrific Shopping and many more Family Friendly Attractions.

This property was great! Spacious for us four, easy to walk the main Gatlinburg strip, 3 min walk to convention center, and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for this trip. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful condo with everything you need!! We have stayed in another condo at the same property in the past and the owner of this one provided so many more essentials, like laundry detergent, a pack n play for our little one and beach towels for the pool! The elevator to the strip is very convenient! Overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect location and space! Check-in & out were seamless. Extra clean and everything we could've possibly needed was available! Communication with the host was quick and helpful. We enjoyed the games provided as well as the balcony. We did have a run in with a bear while getting off the elevator so take that seriously!! The walkway across to quality inn with the elevator down to street level was super helpful as well. A great place to stay with lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance!

This is a great location if you like to walk to the main Gatlinburg downtown area. The condo was clean, well maintained, had very comfortable beds, and had all the necessities. Will stay again!

The place was very clean and so very stocked with everything you can imagine. All the cupboards were full with all you would need to live there. Just bring food etc. There was a hill to drive or walk up or down to Gatlinburg. We parked our car in our parking area and only used it once. If you take your time, it is not bad at all. Trolley picks you up at the bottom of the hill. Kim, the host, definitely gets a 10.

Joe & I live in Kentucky and love traveling. When visiting new locations we enjoy exploring. This is what drew us to Gatlinburg. Whether your journey of the Great Smoky Mountains includes hiking the Nature Trails, fishing or a beautiful car ride to Clingmans Dome. The sights are spectacular regardless of the season.

Why they chose this property

The Condo is located on a hillside above the downtown parkway . This provides a peaceful, relaxing setting for scenic mountain viewing while only footsteps away from outstanding restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Close proximity to the National Park entrance provides many daytime activities. After traveling here several times we decided the friendly community atmosphere was worth making it a permanent part of our life.
