**Entire Top Floor** 4 bedrooms, 4 FULL bathrooms. THREE Master Bedroom suites. Light, bright and very spacious for the entire family! Quiet location and only a short two block walk to the beach and boardwalk. Our home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and has all the amenities of home. The house is centrally located, close to all there is to do and see in Wildwood. Enjoy days of peace and quiet followed by nights filled with the ocean breeze as you gather on our spacious covered porch. One parking spot reserved in the driveway and easily accessed street parking. Our home has all the amenities that you want and expect, such as central air, TVs in each room, WIFI, three “master bedrooms” each with its own full private bath and an additional full bath in the hall. Also includes a grill and all your beach chairs and accessories.

We loved staying at the MAC Beach House.It was clean & nicely decorated. We especially loved the covered deck out front.Perfect location and neighbors werevery friendly. It was the perfect fit for our family of 9. I had to email the owner a few times and he got back to me very quickly with an answer. We will definitely be coming back for vacation again.

Great Property

This is great property, clean, spacious, and in close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. It is also in walking distance to a few dinners, mini golf, and supermarket. Mike, the owner, was extremely easy to work with with. Thank you Mike!

Overall we had a good time and there was plenty of room with 11 people staying, one being a child. Few issues, Biggest issue was the cleaning people did not show up before check in so the place still was dirty, they showed up after we started unloading and cleaned around us which was not ideal at all and that being said even though blankets for the beds are provided, they are not laundered or changed in between guest so we wasted a ton of time washing comforters for the first night. I did reach out to the owner about this and he did not respond once addressing the fact they were not cleaned. The community grill was not in anyway shape or form in working condition which killed our dinner plans and ton of food we bought for a night of grilling. The one king bed is like sunk in on the one side and barely on the bed frame anymore. Other than that the location are great, the neighbors are very nice who own below. Parking is tough on the weekend days but very do able during a the week. Even though we brought all our own stuff they did have a ton of beach items which is convenient and plenty of room to store bikes securely. However there is no outdoor shower, there’s a portable shower in one of the sheds but was not obvious at first and would have had to be pulled out and hooked up to use it.

This property was mostly as described, however there were a few problems. It was definitely big and comfortable enough for all of us, and the pictures were all accurate. I think a better address for the property would be the corner of central and 24th streets, because whatever address is listed, my Apple Maps had a read problem finding. Also there is a grill listed in the description, however when I reached out to the host he informed me that the HOA has forbidden anyone from using any. So far not a big deal. My biggest problem with the place was the fact that central air conditioning is clearly listed in amenities, and this was not the case. The place had all dedicated mini-split systems in all the rooms, most of which are either underpowered or in need of replacement/maintenance. This still probably would not have been much of an issue, had it not been for the severe heat wave that we had on our last three days there. As it was, we really struggled to keep the place comfortable, and the one room with the two queen beds we had our kids in was basically too hot to sleep in, they had to sleep in the living room the last few days. Now the place did have window units in the closets, however, they were all sized too large for the windows. When the host contacted me after our stay and asked me how it was, I let him know all of this, and never heard back. This was two weeks ago. All in all not a bad stay, but not worth the money if these issues aren't addressed.

Fun and Sun

This condo was a perfect fit for my family of 9. Everyone had a comfortable bed and each bedroom had their own full bath (4 bedrooms 4 full baths). How awesome is that? The condo was a beach theme and was extremely clean. Mike (owner) answered any questions I had immediately and even called me at one point to let me know about reserved parking space. It’s a short 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of chairs and a beach cart is provided for you to use. The porch was a wonderful way to end our night playing games and talking.. We will definitely be back.

Wlidwood in family

Great place to stay for a family of 10 ( 5 adults , 5 children). Really spacious, clean, nice. We had a delay of about 45 minutes for the check-in, because the cleaning team was there and not finished when we arrived. Also, we learned for the linen not included only about 8 days before coming: it was not written when we reserved- hence the note we gave for ''check-in process ', and '' accuracy of lisiting'', but we still give a five star review to do justice to the overall installation and stay- we definitely would come back to this appartment a second time.

Wonderful week

We had a great week staying at this house. Plenty of space for our group of nine to spread out, and not feel on top of each other. The location is great, and so close to the beach. And relaxing on the porch was the perfect ending to every day!

Great vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It perfectly fit our needs for our vacation group. Everything was very accessible and up to date. The only issue we had, with the air conditioner pump in one of the rooms, was handled quickly and effectively. All in all, it provided us with a very enjoyable vacation.

Great place

Great place, excellent response from owners, close to beach and boardwalk. Most 4br 4 bath condos are on multiple floors, this unit is all on 1 floor and had plenty of space for our entire 8 person family that consisted of 6 adults and 2-17yearold children. Everything we needed was on hand including plenty of beach chairs and equipment. The place has a huge front porch that allows for outdoor dining that is not is the sun! Also, the grill was definitely a plus when you have a large family. And there’s nothing like coming home to a nice cold place after a day in the hot sun. We had one minor issue upon arrival, that was corrected quickly without any interrupting of our vacation. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home Mike and Dan! We will definitely be back next summer!

Convenient location to the Beach, Boardwalk and Convention Center!

We were in town for a cheer competition at the convention center. This house was very conveniently located! Only about a mile away. We were also able to walk down to the boardwalk and beach. It was a great stay.

Don't leave car or trailer hang over the yellow lines by the corner of the street. We did for a few minutes and the neighbor down stairs called the cops on us. He said I have to come out not giving a ticket but I had to come cause your neighbor down stairs called the cops. Other then that we had a great time house was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful vacation house!

The house was very clean with enough space for our whole family. Beautiful front porch and very safe for our baby cousin. Having 4 bathrooms was really nice. Great location as well. Great vacations in North Wildwood

We had a great stay. Enough room for the 10 of us (6 children), the place was clean and warm, we appreciated the patio, walking distance from the beach and boardwalk, near the food market and services. A quiet and nice neighborhood. We could definitely renew our experience for a vacation at this same place.

Quiet, Centrally Located Retreat

We loved our two weeks at this place in Wildwood! The house had a fantastic amount of space for our big family. We loved hanging out together in the common rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! The huge porch was wonderful for evening hangouts and has a great sunset view. When we wanted privacy, getting away from each other was super easy. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and the fourth bedroom (which was the kids and guests room for us) is across the hall from the 4th bathroom. This house is close to *everything*. I ran nearly every morning on the boards. Took the kids to the beach every single day. There are 3 piers to choose from, with waterparks and rides galore! The fairly well stocked grocery store is only 4 blocks away. The bay is just a few blocks away. There is a bike rental place right by the boardwalk entrance a few blocks away (with such nice folks running the show, too). We really were never at a lack for things to do or places to relax. Also! There's a great market just a block away with the most delicious nitro cold brew on tap AND $1 mini fruit popsicles that are perfect for a freezy kid treat. Also, there was a problem with the AC while we were there, during a crazy heat wave and on a holiday weekend. The family who owns the property was super responsive. I got to meet two of them, and they are such nice people. It felt great to know that I was staying in a family place run by good people. Truly can't recommend this place enough. So many memories there for us. We hope to come again someday!

Our family purchased this condo in April 2018. We are so excited to have our piece of the shore and be able to share it with guest. We grew up spending our summers in Wildwood and always dreamed of one day owning our own home. We now want families to enjoy our home as much we do!

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a beach home that would fit the needs and provide enough space for our large family to enjoy. The penthouse condo exceeded our wish’s. The four large bedrooms and four full bathrooms comfortably fits our family and gives everyone the individual space they may need. Before even stepping inside we where sold on the large deck, which speaks for itself.... We look forward to relaxing in the fresh air and enjoying Wildwood sunsets.
