In a quiet lane of La Noue and in an orchard of 4000m², we welcome you 250 meters from the sea (beach supervised in summer) and 5 minutes walk from the village center (400m - Place des tilleuls ) where you can find all the useful shops and the daily market.

To recharge your batteries with two, with friends or family, we offer you freshly renovated accommodation at a low price of 25m² of living space with a small bedroom with double bed or bunk beds (imperative to be specified during an information request before the reservation request) , fully furnished and equipped with new equipment, great cleanliness (dishes, bedding, etc.) integrated in a set of 6 independent accommodation on one level with terraces, in an enclosed orchard, where there is absolute calm. For your comfort, you will have free and unlimited WIFI access to use the internet during your stay and free laundry (LL & SL).

The rates are DEGRESSIVE from the 2nd week! € 250 = € 450 / € 290 = € 550 / € 380 = € 700 / € 550 = € 1,025

Superbe sejour

Nous rentrons de l ile de re ou nous avons passe un tres bon sejour. Location conforme a la description..tres propre et qui correspondait a nos attentes.. tout y est pour passer de belles vacances. Endroit tres calme et reposant..proche de la mer a pied. De plus l hote nous a tres bien accueilli et donne de bons conseils pour visiter l ile. Et en bonus un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait dans le frigo.. merci encore antoine et a tres bientôt sur la l ile.

Absolut gemütlich und toll

Ein wunderbarer Ort mit schönem grossen Garten. Kleine gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Nah vom Meer und Dorf mit täglich Markt in der Hochsaison und 3 Restaurants. Hier lässt es sich sogar in der Hauptsaison wunderbar entspannen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht, damit alles reibungslos verlief und wir uns wohl fühlten. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Très agréable séjour.

Logement très fonctionnel dans un ensemble comportant 6 locations . Il y toutes les commodités ( lave linge, sèche linge, dans un local commun, 2 garages à vélos. etc, etc....) Tous les logements sont en rez de jardin avec une cour et une terrasse closes par des haies et le tout au milieuu d 'un vaste verger dans lequel il y a des accesdoures ludiques pour enfants. Le centre ville est à 300 mètres, la plage à 250 mètres ( baignade à marée haute plus accessible qu à marée basse ). Le propriétaire est charmant, accueillant, disponible et bienveillant.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au gîte, tout est fait pour se sentir comme à la maison. Le logement est très bien équipé. Notre hôte prend soin de laisser pour nous un plan, un guide de l'ile de Ré et un manuel d'accueil du gîte comprenant la liste des activités à faire ! Cela nous a permis de nous promener de suite sans passer par un office du tourisme, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette facilité. Le logement est propre, la literie confortable, bien situé près de la plage et des commerces. Notre hôte est très accueillant, professionnel et disponible. Lorsque nous reviendrons à l'ile de Ré,c'est à cette adresse que nous retournerons sans la moindre hésitation !

Bonne correspondance avec le propriétaire qui nous a chaleureusement accueilli. Gîte très propre, tout est bien pensé. Deux agréables terrasses, très calme. Proche de la mer, 250 m. Le village à quelques pas permet de faire ses courses sans prendre la voiture. Le marché permet de bons fruits et légumes. Abris pour les vélos. Vraiment rien à redire, nous reviendrons. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Petite surprise nous attendait au frais en arrivant Code WiFi, laverie . Mr Guilbon est aux petits soins. Nous avions même des brochures.

Excellent agencement pour un gite de 25 m2, idéal pour un couple. Le cadre est reposant avec son verger, le parking et le silence du soir avec la possibilité de prendre ses repas sur la petite terrasse du logement isolée des autres logements par des haies. Le propriétaire est très réactif et attentionné aux problèmes pouvant subvenir. La réception est excellente avec, en plus, une surprise dans le frigidaire. Nous y reviendrons, Merci. Très bonne adresse, avec aucune mauvaise surprise par rapport à l'annonce. Bouteille de pineau en prime et dosettes de café et l'espace barbecues est une très bonne surprise.
