Great apartment in a great beach location. there was even an anteroom in front of the actual apartment. the terrace was very large and the rooms were very good. The equipment was very good, you could even take an umbrella for the beach. we would book this apartment again at any time.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf Korsika

Es hat einfach alles gepasst: die Insel, das Wetter und die Unterkunft :-) Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, hell und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat neben dem großen Balkon auch eine tolle Lage. Vom Straßenlärm nix zu hören, nur Meeresrauschen und die Vögel von den Pinienbäumen. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man über den Dünen-Weg in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Vermieter Dominique ist sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert und die Begrüßung durch Corinne war sehr herzlich. Also zusammengefasst: Es war traumhaft schön. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille dans ce logement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté à l'ameublement, l'équipement, la déco, mais aussi les deux terrasses. Nous avons pu passer un séjour reposant sans véhicule grâce à la localisation à deux pas de la plage, du primeur et du supermarché. Enfin nous remercions une nouvelle fois Corinne, très arrangeante pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir !

Schöne Wohnung in etwas renovierungsbedürftiger Anlage

Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief kurz und knapp aber freundlich! Für uns unerwartet war die Tatsache, dass die Betten von uns selbst bezogen werden müssten. Handtücher und Betwäschen hätten gerne auch zum Wechseln bereit liegen können. Die Wohnung an sich ist geräumig und schön möbliert. Der Balkon ist ein Traum!! Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Très belle appartement parfaitement située à 2 pas de la belle plage de calvi et à 10 minutes du port à pied. L’appartement est très bien équipé et le gros plus sa grande terrasse sans aucun vis à vis .

Schönes Apartment mit schöner großer Terrasse

Perfect Apartment in Calvi

I loved the apartment. There are so many reasons to recommend it: • Location – the location is ideal. Just on the edge of town and at the start of the pine forest, which provides shade and natural beauty. The beautiful sandy beach of Calvi is a 5-minute walk, and you can hear the waves from the apartment. It’s a 5-minute drive or 20 minute walk into town along the beach, the road, or the boardwalk. • Convenience- everything you need is nearby. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on the beach right in front of the apartment, and a grocery store next door. 5-minutes to walk to a playground and tennis court. • Spaciousness- the apartment was more than enough space for a family of six. The lovely terrace is huge and adds considerable space to your living area. When it’s hot the terrace is shaded in the afternoon which is very comfortable. • Well-equipped – the apartment had everything we needed and more. Beach toys, boules, all sorts of kitchen equipment, grill, plenty of towels and bedding. • Beauty – from the master bedroom I could watch the sunrise from the bed, looking out over the treetops, and hear the birds in the trees. From the front side we could watch the sunset at night. The entire apartment complex has nice plants with herbal smells. • Good service – we had cleaning and change of beddings/towels on a regular basis. Anytime we needed anything or had questions we received a quick response.

Un appartement de rêve idéalement placé près de la plage et de Calvi

Mieux que les photos ! : cuisine très complète et super équipée, 2 chambres confortables avec dressing et coin maquillage pour les dames, salle de bain simple mais agréable, séjour salon avec télévision, box, enceinte hifi , des jeux et de la documentation touristique. Rien ne manque ! Et le tout avec une climatisation efficace et indispensable en Corse ! Le point fort de l’appartement : les terrasses !! Grande pour côté salon de jardin prendre des apéritifs et côté séjour dîner midi et soir car la terrasse est à l’ombre des 11 heures et pour toute l’après midi. Enfin une terrasse avant pour sécher les serviettes et un coffre avec tous les accessoires pour aller à la plage ! Second point fort la proximité immédiate de la plage (7 minutes à peine!) et de Calvi à pied en une demi heure par un sentier en planche agréable qui borde la plage et qui évite de prendre la voiture et de subir les incessants bouchons. Enfin proximité également d’un supermarché Casino pour les courses. Seul bémol le matin les camions de livraisons du Casino sont en effet bruyant mais l’appartement reste bien insonorisé. En conclusion : un appartement de rêve pour profiter au mieux de la mer et de Calvi !!

Très bel appartement dans une résidence moderne et bien conçue. Equipement plus que parfait. Un tout petit bémol : le bruit d'une quinzaine de minutes chaque matin des camions livreurs du Casino d'à côté.
