Large single storey villa with swimming pool on 1000 m2 of land, in the village of Mireval (Natura 2000 protected natural areas), 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Montpellier. The house is located in a quiet area, has a large shaded and closed garden, ideal for family. 5 minutes from the garrigue (Gardiole mountain). Bikes available, barbecue, washing machine, WI-FI, TV, pétanque balls…. 4 lighted tennis courts 50m away. Large living room with American kitchen and picture windows overlooking the swimming pool. The 5 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 9 people (4 double beds and 1 single bed). Possibility of loaning a child's bed.

The house was perfectly located, 10 min to a lovely beach with free parking, 20 min to Sete and 25 min to Montpellier. We went by car, but also took a bus or train or used the bicycles of the owners. Just one little note (we are a family of 5 adults): the shower was situated in one of the bedrooms (it is a good shower though) and a second toilet in the house would have been nice. We had a lovely time in this house, it is fully equipped and has a nice atmosphere, and the pool and garden are great!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Mark und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben.Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Erkunden. Besonders begeistert hat uns der tolle Pool – sauber, gepflegt und perfekt zum Abkühlen und Erholen.Das Ferienhaus selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Relaxter Urlaub

Der Urlaub war toll und Mark war jederzeit erreichbar, höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns der Garten mit dem Pool gefallen. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen! Danke für die schöne Zeit Mark!

Très belle maison familiale avec piscine

Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. De la réservation à la remise des clés. Maison très bien équipée, propre avec beau jardin et belle piscine. A 10 minutes à pied du centre du petit bourg de Mireval. L'environnement immédiat n'est pas extraordinaire mais qu'on oublie vite une fois dans le jardin et la maison. Au calme

Apaisant et conviviale

La maison est juste incroyable ont se sent comme chez nous. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Les propriétaires sont joignables tres facilement et réactifs. Nous étions avec toutes la famille Papi mamie soeur et enfants 5 adultes 3 enfants et un bébé Je recommande +++

Fantastic house

Really a marvellous house with clean pool and a nice garden. Garden has sun, shadow, silence, hidden from neighbours and an exceptional terrace. House was clean, fully equipped and all what you need to satisfy everybody from teenagers to adults.

Maison très agréable et service de qualité

Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines au cœur de l’été 2020 avec toute la famille du bébé aux grands parents. La maison était totalement conforme aux descriptions et les équipements (vélos, tennis, cuisine, lave linge /vaisselle, TV connectée...) étaient de qualité ! L’accueil et la réactivité des propriétaires en cas de problème/ questions étaient également au rdv. Il y a de nombreuses plages accessibles aux alentours, la ville de Sète est agréable sans être surchargée. Nous avons fait une activité Accrobranche à Villeneuve Maglone et une visite en Camargue au domaine de Méjanes. Bref, très bon séjour à refaire !

Superbe maison

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description, elle est très bien équipée et très chaleureuse. Elle est très bien orientée et nous avons apprécié la terrasse ombragée pour manger. Le jardin a beaucoup de charme avec ses arbres fruitiers et sa petite cabane pour enfants. Mr et Mme Lafay nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été très arrangeants lors de la réservation... nous étions deux familles dont le nombre dépassait les 9 personnes prévues pour la maison, mais ils nous ont mis à disposition un matelas supplémentaire et un lit parapluie pour bébé. Nous les remercions pour cela! La piscine top! Et les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la compagnie de Rose, la petite lapine de la maison. Le petit moins: un seul WC mais ça été.

Magnifique!

Très jolie maison, terrain arboré très bien situé et magnifique! Vacances parfaites, belles plages à proximité, piscine splendide, maison au calme. Monsieur et madame Lafay sont des hôtes disponibles et attentionnés, sensibles à tous les détails pouvant rendre le séjour parfait. Maison très bien équipée, grande et spacieuse. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons sans doute!

Magnifique!

Maison magnifique, calme et très fonctionnelle! Le jardin sensationnel, bien exposé et arboré. Accueil très agréable, les propriétaires sont attentifs à notre bien-être et disponibles. Tout est réuni afin de passer d'excellentes vacances. Les plages sont à proximités, sauvages ou plus épurées, selon les goûts et les envies! Je recommande vivement et remercie M. et Mme Lafay!
