Ski In, Family Sized Teton Village Townhouse

TR#3 is located near some of the most iconic vacation destinations in the west. Grand Teton National Park is just two short miles away. The town of Jackson is 14 miles away and Yellowstone National Park is nearby, also. This is the perfect place for an epic ski vacation or an amazing family summer trip to the mountains.

Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, this is a fantastic choice for a large family or group. The spacious dining area, kitchen and living room are all well-appointed and furnished with modern appliances and a massive stone fireplace which awaits you. Wall-to-wall patio doors welcome an abundance of natural light, and the private balcony provides the ideal spot for an after-hike cocktail or barbecue while taking in the view of Sleeping Indian Range or Gros Ventre Range.

The unit has three levels. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen size bed immediately to left of the entry/boot room. Down the hall is a full bath and laundry room. The second level has the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite full bath. The upper level has two bedrooms, a loft/bunk room and a full bath with a double vanity. The two bedrooms each have two twin beds while the loft/bunk room has a set of twin bunks and a twin over a full set of bunks.
***The bedroom layout will change, as of December 2025. There will be two king beds, two queen beds, a twin over twin bunkbed and a twin over full bunk bed. Photos will be updated after remodel project is complete.

Complimentary use of Sundance Swim and Tennis Club's heated pool and hot tubs is included with all rentals in season: from Thanksgiving to the first week in April and from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Grand Teton National Park is only two miles from this unit, the town of Jackson is 14 miles away and Yellowstone is nearby, also. There is an endless variety of activities right outside the door like snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, just to name a few.

Things to know:
*This property can accommodate three vehicles.
*One bundle of firewood will be in the unit, when you arrive, and additional firewood can be purchased either in town, or at the Bodega which is located nearby. Due to new insurance rules, we are no longer able to store firewood on the property.

Great spot for ski weekend

Great spot for a ski trip. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. The Moose Creek quad lift is a 5 minute walk and Teton Village is about a 20 minute walk. Thank you!

Fantastic for Large Families!

We had a wonderful time staying in Teton Village over the holidays! The rental is perfect for large families who want lots of space and comfortable sleeping conditions, but also want to gather in the large family room for meals and games and movies. Everyone also enjoyed the proximity to the mountains and to the shops and restaurants of Teton Village. Highly recommended!

Family ski Christmas

Great spot for larger group. Family room and kitchen table is large enough for us all to eat together and relax as well as play games. We ate in 5 out of 6 nights and came in for lunch during our ski day. Ski out is a short walk to the lift. Ski in is perfect. Only downside is small kitchen, but it all worked perfectly well for us.

Jackson Hole holiday weekend

Property was great, lots of room for my family with two adult children and spouses. Comfortable and close to the mountain, I enjoyed the ability to ski almost to the doorstep at the end of the day. Close to amenities in Teton Village and convenient for fun evenings in Jackson.

The location to the Moose Creek lift was perfect. The condo was clean with tons of space for my three teens to spread out. The wood burning fireplace made it extra cozy. I would def recommend!!

Perfect ski vacation

Perfect for ski vacation. Close to ski lift (1 to 2 min walk), great ski boot dryer, sauna after full day of skiing and 3 minutes walk to hot tub and heated pool in Sundance swim and tennis club. Jackson Hole is a true skiers mountain and snow was outstanding for late March. We also enjoyed the living room with oversized sofa and TV and the ample sleeping space.

Great Location

Wonderful time staying at property for ski trip. Short walk to the chairlift or you can take the condo shuttle directly to the main lodge. It will even pick you up and drop you off outside your condo. Lots of dishware and utensils. There is a Jacuzzi you can use down the street and they do provide towels.

Our Perfect Vacation

From booking to check-out, the process was seamless! Gretchen is an amazing host, her suggestions for dining, etc. were perfect, and the house was welcoming. We were a large group of family members and every amenity from the stocked kitchen to the wonderful toiletries to the extra towels and pillows was available and every bed was so comfortable. The space was large - plenty of seats at dining table, couch and outdoor furniture. Look no further for the perfect vacation home!

A Memory Maker's Dream

Honestly, my family and I could not have asked for a better vacation experience, end-to-end. From our initial inquiry through check-out, our hostess Gretchen was communicative, helpful, generous with true local knowledge, gave goal-oriented ski tips (she serves with JH Ski Patrol) and, frankly, just really nice. For those pragmatics, I cannot recommend this property enough. For the indescribable experiences -- the snow, the mountains, the moose(s), the food, family togetherness, new friends and forever-grade memories -- I hope that Timber Ridge 3 will be our family's gateway for a very long time. Cozy Place in Teton Village

Our families had a nice stay in this cozy home in Teton Village. He location was excellent as we were able to make a quick drive into GTNP each day. Overall the property was very clean, except for the floors. They were quite dirty. The kitchen is quite small but served the purpose that we needed it to. There was plenty of room for our three families to sleep, and to get away from each other when needed. :) My one suggestion would be to put in some blinds in the loft windows upstairs as it was hard for the family to play games or watch movies once the kids went to bed at night. This was a great place to stay, and Gretchen is a very gracious and responsive host. Thank You!

Firemen's Ski Trip

Our group of twelve men thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Timber Ridge #3. It was a minor inconvenience sharing three bathrooms, but we knew that it would be. There was plenty of space for sleeping. The unit is terrific, warm and welcoming. Gretchen was amazingly helpful throughout the process. It was a great convenience to have parking available for three cars during our stay. Getting back and forth to the town of Jackson was easy. Getting to the slopes was especially easy, walking only a few hundred feet to the Moose Creek lift. We were a bit concerned that the pool and hot tubs are a short walk from the unit (less than one block), but it was completely worthwhile. The facility was great! It has a full locker room and showers, so there is no need to make the walk in your swimsuit. They also supply the towels at the pool house. Everything about our stay was great! We especially enjoyed the open Great Room and Kitchen, as we were able to keep our group together having fun, and sharing each other's company. The fireplace was a great amenity as well. I highly recommend this location for any large group or family.

Another PERFECT still in the Tetons!! We have come back to this location multiple times and it almost feels like home! It's the perfect basecamp to daily explore Grand Teton National Park. Property has everything we need as a family of 5 (3 kids under 5) to have a super comfortable stay. We will be coming back again!

It doesn't get any better than Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. A bucket list ski destination for many skiers and it offers endless summer activities. Located next to the Moose Creek Lift, you can ski right to the door most of the season and there is plenty of room for family and friends.
