The entire lower level has radiant floor heating, as do all bath rooms throughout. There is also covered parking for two cars on this level, and a third designated spot next to the townhouse.

The main floor consists of an entry foyer with French doors opening onto a spacious living room and dining area.There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with center island, granite counter tops, and brand new appliances. These include a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, a microwave/convection oven, a large Bosch standard/convection oven, and a state-of-the-art Bosch induction cook top. A dramatic stone wood-burning fireplace rises to the vaulted ceiling of the living area, which is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen Sony HDTV television and a custom surround sound system. A wrap around, partially covered deck with mahogany decking and railing surrounds the living room and kitchen.

A small light-filled sun room/office is located right off of the kitchen and provides a private area to work or relax. On the other side of the entry foyer is a master bedroom suite with a king size bed and en-suite bath. Brazilian cherry wood floors and stairways are complemented by custom cherry doors, cabinetry and trim throughout. Beautiful hand woven tribal rugs, Native American artwork, and comfortable reclining leather sofas and chair complete the decor.

The top floor of Snow Ridge One consists of three bedrooms. There is a second master bedroom suite with a king size bed, en-suite bath, vaulted ceiling and extensive built-ins. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third has twin beds that can be combined to form a king. All of the bedrooms are equipped with HDTV cable television.

Snow Ridge One was a complete ''down-to-the-bare-studs'' remodel using only superior-quality materials and appliances. It is a luxurious and well appointed ski and summer family retreat for the discriminating. Snow Ridge One is ski in/ski out depending on snowfall, but no more than a short walk or quick shuttle ride to the lifts on the rare occasions when the valley snow pack is thin. In the summer, Snow Ridge One is just three miles from Grand Teton National Park, an hours drive to Yellowstone, 15 minutes to downtown Jackson, and a short walk to the Grand Teton Music Festival.
