Lovely Hither Hills family home with ocean view steps away from the beach
This home is available for August 2019. It is a family home that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is located in Hither Hills and it is a 3 minute walk to the beach. It is located halfway between Gurneys and the town. This home is a traditional upside down home where the living and eating area along with master bedroom en suite is on the second level with partial view of the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs with an additional living area as well. There is plenty of outdoor living space with a deck on the second floor and a private patio on the first level.

I have owned this home for 20 years and summered here for the first 12 years and now reside and work in town for the last 8 years. Being a active member of this small community, it is truly a special place. It is a very special place for my family and my children. It has brought us many treasured memories.
