Level parking, near Ober ski resort and downtown Gatlinburg. See our reviews for all the great comments from our previous guests about location!!! We have bears walk by daily! You will see bears at this secluded mountain retreat daily April-October

This mountain lodge is nestled in the woods and has amazing mountain views, beautifully surrounded by lush trees, right under the ober gatlinburg gondola route.
Easy level parking for 3 vehicles.
Easy entry into home, 1.5 step in to main level. bed on main level available

Home is located between Ober Gatlinburg Ski Mountain and Downtown Gatlinburg Parkway.
Less than 1 mile to each location

The property was great and the perfect size for our 4 adults and 4 kids. Lots of bear sightings, great location, and clean. The road to the house is a typical mountain road, so we had some issues when it rained and our minivan struggled with the one hill, but otherwise, everything was great.

We had a lovely stay. The location was great and home just as listed. Our internet went in and out a few times but other than that everything was great. Oh and if you want to see bear you will. My puppy and I were surprised by them while having coffee though they never came toward us as we walked inside

Only 5 minutes from town, had everything we needed and it was perfect for kids and dogs (other than not having an area for them to go potty for the latter due to the mountain). We saw a bear several days in the backyard.

My family and I spent the kids spring break in Gatlinburg and this house was exactly what we needed! It was the perfect size for us! It was secluded yet close enough to town. The house was clean and had pretty much everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!!!

This property is in the smokie mountains but is an easy drive up with great clear road access. Home has off street parking lot that is level.
Beautiful mountain views from 3 balcony decks.
