Loved the place, spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the back porch looking out across the river. It was very convenient to everything that we wanted to see and do. The host was Johnny on the spot and place was very clean as it should be.

For the short period of time that we stayed, the house was all that we needed. The only complaint we had is that it smelled a bit musty which caused some headaches among the group. The house was very clean on the inside however.

Had a great time bonding with the family (3 generations, all under one roof). The property has an nice view of the river, it was quite serene. Kids enjoyed the water and adults enjoyed the hot tub. When staying here, as the listing states, bring bug repellent (the mosquitoes are very hungry)!

The rental was spacious and exactly as described! It was close to attractions but far enough away that it wasn’t in the midst of everything. Definitely a wonderful place to relax and unwind! Great communication with the hosts and they were very friendly and polite!

The place was very nice, it was really nice sitting near the river , making smores at the firepit. The hot tub was very enjoyable after long days in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The beds were comfortable. Only negatives are the table in the kitchen was small, and there is not really any room to put a larger table; the washer/dryer was accessible only through the master bedroom or from outside, and the bathroom door does not lock. Minor inconveniences though, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing. It has plenty of room. The river in the back yard is awesome and an extra perk. We had to leave our cabin due to the AC going out, and Mrs. Lisa was more than happy to accommodate us. We loved being close to things we wanted to see. Liked that it was all one level due to my grandma traveling with us. Very quiet area and so peaceful while sitting on the back porch. We hope to book again!!@
