Maison très bien placée - accueil sympathique

Jolie petite maison au centre des Sables. La cour intérieure est géniale. A noter une douche extérieur. Les couchages sont des bonne qualité, la cuisine bien équipée. La décoration, et bien on retombe en enfance. Les meubles sont anciens, c'est la vraie maison de vacance sur la côte. Propriétaire super sympa et dispo, dame qui s'occupe de la remise des clefs également.

Maison très bien placée, dans une rue calme en retrait du remblai tout proche. Grandes chambres, maison idéale grande famille. Tout le charme de l'ancien avec belle cuisine ouverte. Conforme à l'annonce rien à redire.

Très bon séjour

Maison agréable, cuisine bien équipée (on peut faire des gâteaux avec les enfants quand il pleut). Pas besoin de la voiture pour se balader ou aller à la plage. Donc si on revient, la prochaine fois on viendra en train et on évitera le péage de Saint-Arnoult!

Petite maison avec personnalité et emplacement+++

location qui fut très agréable, la maison n'est pas très grande (mais conforme à sa description très exacte) aménagé sans tra lala mais avec la point de fantaisie qui en fait une vrai maison de vancances ; une petite cour privée où nous avons pris tous nos déjeuners au soleil (le soir le ramblai à deux pas et ses dizaines de tentations nous appelait !-) ; loueur très pro et agréable.

Maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille à deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Disposition idéale pour deux familles avec enfants, repas dans la fraicheur de la cour ou les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité. La maison pour des vacances idéales!!!

Authentique et idéalement situé

Nous y avons séjourné à 8 personnes (2 couples + 4 enfants) durant l'été. J'avoue avoir été particulièrement charmé par l'endroit. Tout d'abord le logement en lui même. Si on sent un rénovation récente, la maison garde une réelle authenticité. On s'est tout de suite senti chez nous... La petite cour est un vrai plus, surtout pour l'apéritif le soir :) Là où nous avons été vraiment séduit c'est par son emplacement. Elle est réellement à 2 min de la plage, et à coté de tout (supermarché, commerçants, gare...). Pour le coup, nous n'avons pas eu à réserver de voiture cette fois-ci... "Coquillage" est donc un très bon plan.

location les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons loué deux fois cette maison en 2014 avec nos enfants et petits enfants de 1 à 9 ans. La maison est confortable et idéalement située pour passer le maximum de temps dehors, on peut même rentrer le temps de laisser passer une averse, les commerces y compris le marché sont à proximité, inutile de disposer d'une voiture. La rue est très calme, idéal pour le repos de toute la famille, chacun peut avoir son rythme.
