About this property

Amazing Glenwood Springs home located downtown on the main strip. This home has been fully remodeled in 2018 and is looking great. Spacious Dining Room and Living Room. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Private outdoor patio to hang out or used as second dining. Flat screen TV, Gas and plenty of seating in Living Room. Family room downstairs, with Laundry and desk workspace. Lots of extras and a real cozy feel, to this great find.

The Space
This Downtown home has so much to offer. Lots of character in an older home, yet newly remodeled with top of the line improvements. The Kitchen is spacious with brand new stainless appliances. Granite countertops with under cabinet lighting make it an easy place to cook all your meals. Dining Room is open to the Kitchen and Living Room. Plenty of seating at the Dining Room for everyone. Living Room is open and centers around the whole upstairs. Large Flat screen TV to relax and watch movies, or sports games. Great wrap around couch for the whole family. Upstairs has 2 Bedrooms and a Full Bath with tub. Master Bedroom has King Size Bed and TV. 2nd Bedroom has Twin Bunk Beds and a Full Size Bed. Downstairs you will find 2 more Bedrooms and another Full Bath. Both bedrooms with Queen Beds. There is an additional Family Room where the kids can hang out and have there own space. The sofa downstairs is from American Leather, and is a queen pull out bed. There is also a poker table to get the family gathered for game night, and an arcade game to challenge your skills. Outside you will find a patio, with a grill, to enjoy the great Colorado weather. Dine outside or play in the yard with the kids. Also don't forget, when it gets to hot, you can always come back inside to the air conditioned home. Lots of extras in the house. This is the house to be at if you are going to visit Glenwood Springs.

The Neighborhood
This house is located right on the main highway. Easy to find and very easy access to all downtown has to offer. Walk from the house or take a bus to travel the Roaring Fork Valley. Lots of houses claim to be downtown, but this one truly is. The backyard and patio allow you to have privacy, with very little road noise.

Getting Around
Easy short walk to downtown for the Hot Springs, Restaurants, and Bars.
Bus stops are also close by and will take you around town or all the way up to Aspen.

Great table and 4 bedrooms

Four couples came to Glenwood Springs to enjoy the hot springs and the Vaudeville dinner theatre. It was great to find a place that had 4 private bedrooms and a big dining room table perfect for playing cards. The house was just walking distance away from the theatre and hot springs. Perfect for our group!

Great house with character

Loved this house and its character. Great location. Nice kitchen and glad that they had labels of everything in kitchen. They gave us their favorite spots and had movies and games. Would stay there again.

Why they chose this property

This property is great. Our favorite thing is there are two levels both with Living Rooms. Makes it easy to all join together upstairs, or to have some space and split between the two levels. Also the location is great for walking downtown and easy access to grocery store.
