You’ll love my place because of bright and spacious layout with large balcony offering panoramic view of Toronto skyline.

The space

My place is a 1 bedroom plus den and 1 bathroom. The bedroom comes with a closet and sliding glass doors to let in the sun light . The den is separate with another queen bed .The Den is more like a 2nd bedroom on a side to provide some Privacy(not like other places where Den is merged into the Common Area).The kitchen comes fully functional open to living room and view of the city. Curtains available to block out light when required. Ideal for families, couple or business travelers.
Smart TV with Cable, Netflix, Prime .
Guest access

As guests you will be able to access all amenities offered by the condominium using the access card that will be provided to you that includes Access to Indoor Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi(Indoor & Outdoor),Gym etc.

Interaction with guests

You will be able to reach us through phone, email and VRBO throughout the stay.

Other things to note

Keys to the unit will only be handed to the person who made the booking & after validating an official photo id (drivers license, passport etc.) confirming identity including names of all guests that will be staying overnight. Early check-in requests are subject to availability on the day of arrival and to be requested before arrival day. Likewise guests requiring check-in after set hours need to notify host at least 48 hours before arrival and maybe required to provide any guest ID and/or documentation in advance of arrival.

Parking:
There is 1 free Private parking comes with the booking .

Lake:
This Unit is at a very amazing location and walkable to lake(Right Across the Road).There are grocery stores as well within 2-3 mins walk .

Public transport is very convenient as Bus Stop is right at the Door-Step of the Building. Fort York itself itself is a tourist location .During weekends, you might be able to see a lot of activities happening in the area from your Living Room.

Amazing location and building amenities. Walking distance to CN Tower and Rogers Centre! My family and I stayed here over a month and the hosts willingly answered all the questions we had. Incredible experience overall!

great experience

my stay was very nice i stayed for a month at Shweta, there is a loblow and shoppers 3 mns away, also the village is walking distance , the facilities were as mentioned , pool, gym and sauna few stops from union or exhibition with the streetcar communication with the Host was good i recommand the unit for a couple with a kid nice ice skating ring in front of the building 👍👍

My place is minutes away from Toronto harbor front. Rogers center is 15 mins walk. Step out from the apartment, stroll through June Callwood Park right next door, take a jog along the Martin Goodman Trail, watch a concert at the Molson Ampitheatre/Exhibition Place/Fort York Grounds or enjoy the vibrant nightlife a few blocks away at King St. West. Access to the Gardiner Expressway and the TTC is conveniently at your door..
