On The Pacific Ocean near the Oceanside Pier, this 2 bedroom 2 bath 1400 Sq Ft Condo is one of the largest in an exclusive gated community of 70 units. Beach and Ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. This unit features a personal beach view patio to relax in or BBQ. The living room has a large wrap around reclining couch, separate recliner, fireplace and wet bar.
There is an oversized fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Accommodations for 6, the master bedroom has a king size bed and features a sitting area, large walk in closet, double vanity and separate double shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, twin trundle bed and large closet. There are flat panel TV's in the living room, and both bedrooms.. The unit comes with WiFi and a full size washer and dryer, 2 community spas, elevator,parking garage with one assigned parking space, a guest parking pass and Hybrid Auto Charging Station Watch your kids play on the beach. Just steps away, walk out the front gate and you are on the beach and The Strand.

Beach Delight!

We loved our stay in this beautifully appointed condo. The furnishings were were high end and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped! The owners really did make it so easy to move in and have everything we needed! We enjoyed the fantastic patio and view of the ocean. Our property manger, Tim, was amazing. He made our check process so easy and he was available if we needed anything! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Month long getaway

We absolutely loved spending the month of October in this condo . It was the perfect location, and the unit was updated, very spacious and well appointed. The property manager was prompt in responding to any questions or issues we had, and made the check in process very seamless. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

HEAVEN!!

We stayed here for a month and it was absolute heaven! The place was immaculate. The property manager was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. With the beach just steps away, it can't get much better! You can actually hear the waves from the living room. If you're thinking about booking here, DO IT...you won't regret it!!

San Miguel apartments, right on the beach

Nicely furnished, very clean, with the best kitchen we have ever experienced in a housekeeping rental. Nice view of the Ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen and deck. We walked the beach every day . Also it's just a short walk to the Oceanside Pier and lots of restaurants and an inconspicuous branch of Stone' s Brewing, that was fun to discover 😃 A short walk from the apartment is the Coaster, a train that runs down the coast with stops in Old Town San Diego and downtown San Diego; where we caught the bus, fare included, to Balboa Park. We recommend this apartment!
