The Space:

Relax under the stars on the outdoor lounge chairs and don't miss the chance to have your morning coffee on the sunny patio - located one a block from Capitola Beach and in the HEART of beautiful Capitola Village!

One large main room features a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped modern kitchen with stainless appliances, bar counter and a dining area.Two serene bedrooms feature plush linens, stylish furniture, large closets and modern ceiling fans for a restful retreat. The bathrooms are inviting with modern fixtures and plenty of counter space. This quiet, relaxing space is perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.

One parking pass for free parking around Capitola is provided. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use as well.

Capitola is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops and a whole host of restaurants and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by families, dog-walkers and surfers!

Please note: there is a local neighbor that holds band practice in their home periodically. It is infrequent but can be heard when they practice. We have no control over that, but the City requires them to be quiet by 10pm.

There is so much to do here with access to amazing surf spots for beginners to advanced, wide open spaces for swimming, paths for long romantic walks and Capitola Beach for sand castle building and soaking up the sun.

Cozy & Convenient!

Loved being to close to the beach, everything walking distance. Cozy place, morning coffee on deck! Definitely a place to stay!

Girls Birthday Trip

We loved our stay at this property, this was the first time we have used VRBO. The process was really easy, and the property was exactly as listed and met all of our expectations! We would stay at this property again!

The photos don't do it justice

This is a very very nice apartment. Much nicer than the photos reveal. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone. Minor points: the garage is VERY small, but the company provides a parking pass for the street in front (don't park on the Main Street with it though, that is not permitted with the permit). Really could use some blackout blinds. Not sure why places don't have them as standard. Besides these two points we loved the place, one block to the beach and restaurants and Capitola is very cute and quaint. We has A LOT of fun and will be back!!

Great stay thank you

Great location and property. Garage is for small cars only. Working to put the TV back in the master bedroom. I would add a hand rail for the steps for older folks dangerous in the dark. Overall perfect location great two bedroom two bath property. Everything work clean convenient. Enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Joanne.
