Welcome to a tropical getaway filled with amenities. This 2,100 square foot, three-bedroom waterfront home sleep six, with one king bed, one queen, two twin beds and two bathrooms. Actually, it sleeps seven if you count your dog. That’s right, this is one of the few dog-friendly rentals on the Island. It also comes with a two-car garage.

The lanai is ringed with palm trees, creating your own private tropical paradise with a spacious heated pool glistening in the center. After a refreshing swim, head down to the dock and dry off in the sun as you watch for a passing dolphin or manatee. Then fire up the gas grill and serve a barbeque on the shaded patio overlooking the picturesque waterway lined with palm trees.

The interior is every bit as inviting. Sunlight through arched windows brightens white-tiled rooms furnished with modern sofas and chairs as comfortable as they are stylish. The living room, den, and kitchen all open up to the lanai. After a day of sun and fun, sit back beside the electric fireplace and enjoy a show on the 65” flat screen television. Or use the wet bar to blend tropical beverages to sip on the lanai as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the still water.

The deluxe open kitchen features granite countertops and an island with barstool chairs. You’ve also got an induction cooktop, along with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare a special family dinner or entertain guests.

The bedrooms are decorated with all the colors of the tropics and they all come with flat screen televisions. The en suite bathroom of the master bedroom offers a shower and whirlpool bath, his and hers sinks, and a walk-in closet.

The house is filled with amenities for your comfort and convenience, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got bicycles to explore the Island and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

People drive for hours to the beaches of the Paradise Coast, but you’re just a brief walk from the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.
