Quiet Marco Island Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay in Marco Island! I was traveling with my wife and our 9 month old son and everything was perfect. Check in was easy and the home was exactly what I expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and the master bedroom in particular with what appears to be a newly renovated bathroom was fantastic. The home is located on a quiet street is a 3-5 minute walk from Mackle Park. The park is great for adults and kids of all ages with a walking path, dog park, full basketball court and any game you could imagine. Really great for kids! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Marco Island. Go ahead and book this home knowing you'll have plenty of space and a great place to stay!

75th birthday year

We vacation with sister and husband from Oklahoma. Guys fished, gals went shelling. We went to Tigertail Beach two days walking through muck and all way to top looking for sand dollars. Guys didn’t catch fish and out of two days we totaled 9 for me and 4 for my sister-in-law. South beach was great with shells but parking was difficult. We even did yoga on beach. We booked a boat trip but was cancelled due to windy condition - that was top on my list. We had a wonderful time, had great dinners. Really enjoyed Sunset Grill and the beautiful sunset that night.

Cannot find better vacation rental

Mindy's house is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The house is elegantly decorated with sea and beach theme, very clean, and has everything we need. We cooked a couple of simple meals at home in addition to dining out. Mindy responded instantly to all my questions. Before my arrival, she emailed me a list of recommended restaurants. We went to two of them. Both are great. She also has a list of recommended attractions, the island map, a South Florida travel book and brochures of activities in the house. The house is just a few minutes drive away from all attractions and conveniences. I have stayed at many vacation homes before, Mindy's is definitely the best one. I would recommend it to any friends who are going to Marco Island or its neighborhood.

Great home base

This was our first trip to Marco. We were very happy and comfortable in this lovely home. The property is as it appears in the photos. Everything was very modern, clean, attractive and in good working order. The master suite is located on the opposite side of the house from the remaining two bedrooms for extra privacy and quiet. We did miss the beachfront location of the condo that we rented for the last 10 years on Sanibel, but found this property to be very well located for our early morning shelling tours, A very quick drive to Goodland and Rose marina! Mindy provided welcoming information prior to our arrival and answered the few questions we had very quickly. She is thoughtful and a good communicator. Highly recommended!
