The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-check all drawers, cabinets, bath vanities, closets, washer and dryer for clothing, personal items, etc.
- return any furnishings to where they were found upon arrival.
- turn off all lights, appliances & HVAC units in each room
- check the beach chairs/gear for any personal items.
- return both sets of keys to the lock box.
If there are any items in the house that need maintenance attention or are not working properly kindly let me know!
