Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony with brand-new wood-effect decking. The well-appointed kitchen includes hand-crafted wood countertops and a farmhouse sink.

The common area features a rooftop deck with grills, lounges, seating for four, and expansive views of downtown San Diego, Hotel Del Coronado, and Point Loma.

There is one underground, secured parking spot, plenty of free street parking, well-maintained grounds, and an additional common laundry facility. Beach chairs and towels are included. Minimum stay of 26 nights required by local ordinance.
