In the heart of Old Bend next to Drake Park. Walk everywhere to shops, restaurants, river and Park events. Off street parking in covered carport. Ideal for a couple or a few friends. Perfect base camp for exploring the area. Apartment is a walk up on 2nd floor and the bedroom with a KING SIZE bed is on third floor accessible with spiral staircase. Not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. This building was built in 1919 and served as the maternity hospital at that time. It was lovingly converted into apartments and retains that old home charm. The location can’t be beat as you can walk to town and the river. Close to all the best of Bend but quiet and peaceful at the same time. You have the apartment to yourself. There are 5 other tenants in the building. Off street parking is available in the covered carport behind the home. There are restrictions on street parking depending on time of year. I am available by phone and text. Although I live in the area I am often traveling. Text through the APP or numbers provided in the unit should you require assistance. The location is fabulous! You really don’t need your car to access town, the Old Mill, local shops, restaurants or bars. The river is across the street where you can enjoy the many festivals or pick up the shuttle to float the river. Parking is available off the street for one vehicle. With the spiral staircase this apartment is not suitable for young children or those who may have mobility issues. To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted.

Drake Park & Downtown Was Real Close & Walkable. The Room Was Nice & The Spiral Staircase Was Interesting For People In There Late Sixties. The Bed Was Great & The Shower Sucked. We Would Stay Here Again.
Such a great little spot in the PERECT location. Walking distance to everyhting. The host was super helpful, friendly and responsive. Cant wait to go back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is perfectly located to downtown with easy access to other parts of town. We enjoyed a nice walk through the park and drives to area sites. It was a perfect weekend!
Overall is a nice place to stay. Location close to old Bend is great for not having to drive much. Electric baseboards in an old building, so if it's winter plan to check in, crank the heaters up and go run around for a few hours.
this location is AWESOME. we didn't even need the cruiser bikes to explore. the place was clean and cozy with lots of thoughtful additions/supplies. we will be back as there are too many breweries and places to eat to attempt in one weekend. Love Bend!
Most immaculately clean place I have stayed in. Nicely furnished with all working amenities. Great parking. The check in was a breeze, and it was a pleasure to work with the property manager from the time of the booking until after I checked in. I would stay in the property again or another that is managed by this conpany.

Thanks so much for your wonderful review! Hope to have you stay with us again!
Excellent overall impression of the property. It would be very nice if you had a comfortable place to sit for two in the Living Room. I enjoyed the kitchen table playing Scrabble and having access to cooking as well. There's other ways you room
Cozy apartment in converted 1912 hospital. Nicely and comfortably appointed. Could use a few updates at some point but was overall clean. We were able to roll in, park in the carport, and walk to dinner, our concert, riverfront paths for AM exercise and brunch after.

Thank you! Yes, we have it in the works to be remodeled! We’ve done a couple other units in the building and they have turned out beautiful!! Hope to have you back when it’s done!
Location is too perfect! Anywhere you need to go is only 10-15 min walk. Much cleaner than a hotel at the same rate, with WAY MORE space. Totally worth it! Loved having the second bathroom. Just as charming as it seems. The description doesn't lie. What you see is what you get. Real charm in a very nice neighborhood, near to everything you need. Host was super hospitable and communicative! Very happy guests as I'm never one to take the time to leave a review.... will be back.
