The kitchen includes tile flooring, stainless steal appliances, granite countertops with a raised bar, and dark espresso cabinets. The first floor has raised ceilings, additional storage, the half bathroom, and the master bed and bathroom.

The living room is equipped with a smart flat screen 65'' TV and sound-bar for you to use as you desire. There is free coffee and and tea throughout your stay. Outside you will find a cozy screened in patio to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

Your private downstairs bedroom suite is equipped with a queen bed and smart television and private closet. The en-suite private bathroom is equipped with all your needed essentials including blow dryer and toiletries. The master bathroom includes dark espresso cabinets, granite countertops, 2 linen closets, an over-sized shower, and walk-in closet.

As you walk up the stairs you will immediately find a loft/office area with a nice sitting desk. The other 2 bedrooms are also upstairs. They are equipped with a queen bed, smart television and private closet. The shared bathroom is equipped with all your needed essentials including blow dryer and toiletries. This bathroom includes dark espresso cabinets, Granite counters, and a bathtub/shower combo.

There is a washer and dryer unit available for use during your stay. This is located in the side room on the kitchen. This space fits 8 people and is great for couples, large families, and business executive teams. I definitely recommended renting a car for a long term stay as everything in Florida is spread out. You will have access to a garage and driveway. That can hold up to 4 cars.
