The host was proactive and attentive. Instructions were clear and she was available via text, which we appreciated. She was very responsive. The house was a great size for our family of 4 and the kitchen well appointed for cooking. Plenty of linens. We enjoyed the game room in the garage. It felt like a real home and not a rental. One downside for us was the floors were not cleaned/mopped in the living areas. Our kids play on the floor. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We needed a nice property where family could rest and visit while in Brandon for a memorial service for our older brother that had passed away. This property was exactly what we needed each person was able to relax and visit. Very close to everything. I rate this residence a 10 on a 1 to 5 scale!

Winter Getaway w/ Family & Friends

We stayed for a long weekend before Xmas and we couldn't have been happier. Everything was as they said it was and more. Beautiful Home

Our stay was very good. I would have given 5 but there were so many air fresheners that made us wonder what smell are they trying to hide. My family suffer with allergies and they were an issue. We didn't want to trash them so we put them in the closet. I recommend a digital key box. Beautiful home lots of space, close to shopping and very close to my relatives. Hopefully it's available our next family gatherings.

Good afternoon, After removing the cleaning fee, you were still not happy. I believe you complained beforehand about all the vrbo fees. I'm okay with you not renting my property again. I appreciate you renting this time around. Air freshners are for exactly that to freshen up the space. There are many guests that stay in the home and cook, and those smells penetrate the walls. And my home takes pets as well. You could have easily texted me beforehand to discuss this, and we would have removed them. Also, the lockbox is not uncommon for most vrbos & air bnbs to have. We travel many different countries and homes throughout the USA & and have never heard of a lockbox being an issue. Thank you, Alma
