About this property

A Beach Retreat Up-Hot tub, pet-friendly, 2 blocks to beach

Message me for off-season specials! This private upper unit of the duplex is a bright and recently remodeled 3 bedroom beach home with free parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. It offers a large kitchen, deck with a view of the ocean just 2 short blocks away, two full baths, washer and dryer, and electric fireplace! Plenty of free parking is available and we do allow pets (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length). There is plenty of room for the whole family. You will love being within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 4 block walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer. No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

Needs better advertising on what your getting. Thought we were getting a whole house when booked. Later to find out it’s an upper and lower unit that they rent out. Wasn’t a bad place.. Location is nice and close to the beach. Needs better furnishing though. Quilts are paper thin, and couch/chair is super uncomfortable.
