Halfway between the center of Crozon and Telgruc sur mer, overlooking the beach and the cove of Aber, overlooking the bay of Douarnenez, a well-maintained detached house from 1989 of approximately 150 m², calm, bright and spacious.
Comprising on the ground floor 1 bedroom and 1 shower room (= master bedroom), a toilet, a large living room with fireplace and kitchen open to the dining room opening onto a terrace and a garden facing south!
Upstairs 4 bedrooms with sea view (Aber beach) with balcony, a large bathroom with bath, shower and wc.
Basement that can accommodate bikes, boards…

Access to Aber beach about 1km5. Located in the hollow of a fault line open on the Morgat cove and bordered from West to East by the cliffs of the points of Tréberon and Raguénès, Aber de Crozon presents a remarkable diversity of natural environments.
And the entire peninsula abounds, on its 110 km of coastline, with caves (over 400!), possible activities in its wilderness such as many hikes (GR34), sliding sports, navigation, diving ... horse riding activities in addition to its many diverse and varied family or wild beaches ...

Nous sommes partis en séjour avec des personnes en situation de handicap pendant 1 semaine. Le gîte était top ! Plutôt bien adapté à leur handicap ce qui nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. Le lieu est bien situé assez proche de la plage et de Morgat c'était super ! Merci de votre accueil, en espérant revenir vite.

Les vacances se sont très bien passées ! Cependant ça serait pratique de prévoir un sèche-cheveux supplémentaire dans la salle de bain de l'étage car il n'y en a qu'un dans la salle de bain du bas et quand on est nombreux ce n'est pas simple ! Sinon l'emplacement de la maison est top!

Notre avis sur le logement

La maison est grande et fonctionnelle. Par contre elle n’est pas bien entretenue ! Lavabos bouches, auvent cassé, placards et tiroirs cuisine endommagés. Un sèche-linge est dans l’annonce ce qui est mensongé !!! Dommage trop de défauts qui pourraient être corrigés.

Très belle vue sur l'Aber

La maison est très confortable. Nous étions 6 adultes et l'espace était au top. Dommage, le soleil nous a fait défaut mais nous avons quand même fait la randonnée de Morgat, partis avec la pluie et retour ensoleillé donc bain de mer à Morgat. La presqu'île est très jolie, Camaret, les pointes de Pen Hat et Pen Hir, très beaux sites.
