About this property

Located in the heart of nature, less than 2km from the magnificent sandy beach of Pentrez-Lestrevet, this large house of 130m2 is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 11 people.

It comprises on the ground floor: a large, very bright living space consisting of the living room, the dining room and an equipped kitchen. One bedroom with double bed, two shower rooms, two toilets and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
There are 5 bedrooms upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. Each room has a magnificent view of the garden. 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle and 2 sinks as well as a separate toilet is also upstairs.

If the house is pleasant all year round, thanks in particular to its fireplace, in summer, the inhabitants particularly appreciate being able to have lunch on the terrace which overlooks a very large garden with trees.

Vacationers can reach the pretty Pentrez-Lestrevet beach in 5 minutes by car, or 25 minutes on foot by road or through the forest. The small town of Plomodiern is 3.5km away and offers a wide variety of shops, including a supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy and a Michelin-starred restaurant. The Armorique Regional Natural Park, located less than 5 minutes from the house, offers tenants the possibility of discovering the most beautiful landscapes of the region, including the Pointe de Pen hir which is less than 30 minutes away.

Excellent séjour

Belle et grande maison dans laquelle chacun a pu trouver sa place. Très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine. Bien située au calme mais proche de la plage (important pour les plus jeunes). Propriétaire soucieux de notre satisfaction et très réactif lors d'une panne d'électricité. On y reviendra volontiers.

Très bel endroit et calme

Nous avons réservé le gîte pour le mariage de notre fille 👧 capacité de couchages très adapté , également adapté pour personne à mobilité réduite au Rez de chaussée. Les propriétaires charmants non seulement une bouteille de saumur et en plus un bouquet de fleurs 🌹 offert pour les mariés. Pas de danger pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement.
