The house was designed with a brilliant architect and skilled craftsmen to be a modern sanctuary for total relaxation and enjoyment. I am a inspiration speaker, life coach. I practice yoga, play tennis, swim, beach walk, entertain and enjoy life's simple pleasures. I have been in this area for over 20 years and have a list of great spots to visit. I look forward to meeting you and sharing my beautiful home.

Why they chose this property

I was drawn to this area because of its private, woodsy location that is minutes from one of the world's most beautiful, vast white sand beaches. Remsenburg offers a country setting that is walking distance from the bay and a 10 minute drive to the beautiful ocean beach. We are a hidden gem in the Hamptons! Our exit is right before West Hampton and is less crowded than out East. We are 70 miles from Manhattan and less than 2 miles from the train and minutes to the jitney stop. This is a very special place!

The estate is secluded and very private yet we are 7 minutes to WH town, a performing Arts Center, and Movies. We are 15 minutes from Riverhead where you have Suffolk Performing Arts, LI Aquarium, Splish Splash, Bowling, Tangier Outlet Mall, Car Dealers, Costco, TJMaxx, Homegoods and Walmart. There are 2 walk in clinics within 7 minutes and 2 Major Hospitals nearby. We are also very close to Dozens of Vineyards and Several Golf Courses. Several of the local beaches offer free nightly music and Dinner Specials.
