Great house for short-term, mid-term & long-term rental stays! Gated community, safe, centrally located, 10-15-minutes away from the airport, Six Flags, La Cantera Mall, and North Star Mall. 20-minutes away from downtown area and 30-minutes away from Sea World. Walking distance to Phil Hardberger jogging/dog Park. Quick access to downtown (airport 2 exits away) 410, 281, and 1604. Great shopping, groceries, & bakery, within 3 minutes. Zoo, Texas, Pearl Brewery, TopGolf, iFly, Palladium IMAX Theatre, La Cantera shopping and restaurants, The Rim, UTSA, Sea World, Downtown Riverwalk, the Alamo, Downtown, Alamodome, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center, and Historic Market Square are all in easy access.

Open-concept home in a quiet neighborhood with a private back yard that has a green belt behind it and HIGH fence lines for privacy. Many upgrades & designer details. Ceramic tile downstairs. 90% of appliances in kitchen are less than a year old. Kitchen center just recently updated. Brand new roof, brand new carpet upstairs, newly painted.

Living room has electric reclining couch and side love seat. Large 80-in flat screen TV, surround sound, and cable.

House has high speed wifi.

Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, silverware, microwave, Keurig coffee maker & regular coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, liquor cooler, bar seating for 2 and high-top seating for 4, Water softener, air fryer, and more.

Washer & Dryer located downstairs for guest usage.

Built-in dog kennel located downstairs under the stairways. Pet friendly. Up to 2 SMALL dogs/pets. ($75 fee per pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture or upstairs)

Queen bedroom is located downstairs and equipped with all bedding, dresser drawers, closet, iron and iron board, variety of pillows from soft to firm, and extra covers. It is right next to a full bathroom that is equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, and toilette.

Upstairs master King bedroom is equipped with all bedding, dresser drawers, clothes hanging unit variety of pillows from soft to firm, and extra covers. It is adjoined to the master bathroom that has a walk-in shower and tub. It has 2 vanities which is perfect for couples. Larger vanity has extra essentials such as lotions, soaps, toothbrushes, blow dryer, and magnified mirror to put on make-up. Smaller vanity is equipped with extra curling irons, towels, and soap.

There is an extra full bathroom down the hall that is available for usage that is equipped with extra towels, toilette, and more.

Dining room sits up to six.

*Pets are not allowed upstairs. Must pick up dog poop. Bags provided for you in backyard area. $75 Per pet fee.).

Beautiful outside covered patio. Backyard is great for sitting out, entertainment, with outside seating, fireplace, 65 flat screen TV, grill, and bar. (Guest are responsible for propane for grill) Fully fenced for pets. The grill area has a mini refrigerator. The seating area has a propane heater and there is also another heater near the bar. (propane is the guest responsibility), fans.

Inside mini bar area has complimentary liquor available. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN OR AROUND HOME.

Certain areas of house are locked off - Garage, master closet, pantry, and 2 offices.

2024 - new addition to house is water softener.

FYI - San Antonio, Texas charges Rental taxes as they do a hotel, so as much as we would love to lower our rate, we are unable to do so due to this fact.

Perfect House and Location

Just as advertised, this house is super clean and close to everything! The back patio was lovely and my little dog was very secure in the fenced in backyard. The owner is easy to reach and the neighborhood is safe and secure. I will definitely stay again if I can!

Perfect SA Getaway

This is a lovely home, exactly as shown in the pictures! It is in a quiet gated community and I felt very secure there staying by myself. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. My little dog loved the backyard, Its very secure. I will definitely stay here again if it is available!

Almost Two Week Stay

Location was very close to family members in a nice clean gated community. Very comfortable home with all the amenities you could think of. We had two small dogs and the property is very pet friendly. The built in kennel under the stairs was great for when we were away from the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience

I just moved to the SA area with my son and my family stayed at this property while visiting for the first time. Amazing accommodations that was super clean and tidy with a spectacular backyard set up. They were able to be outdoors during a few of the rainy days. Will definitely book again!

Great location and very comforatble house!

This house was perfect in every way for my sister, my husband, and I. The location was perfect for everything from downtown San Antonio, the Zoo, Fredricksburg, and so much more! The house was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We particularly enjoyed the patio area. My sister and I used the patio area as our unwind from the day, and catch up on each other's lives time. The beds were fantastic, I awoke each morning rejuvenated and ready for the days adventures.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property while visiting the area. A nice neighborhood, close to downtown, but also great neighborhood eateries, etc. We enjoyed the back patio very much! Close to Hardberger park for a variety of walking trails and some wildlife. Local eats to try are Clementine and Ezio (for dinner), Po Po Trattoria (for lunch) HEB close by too! The house was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen for cooking. Host was excellent and very responsive!

Everything was very easy with this rental. We received messages with the community gate code and a message with the front door lock code the day before we arrived. This location was very convenient for our stay. The home is very clean. Beautiful backyard and patio to enjoy. There are plenty of towels and items needed for a great stay. With notes telling you where everything is located. We had a great stay!!

We had a fabulous week long stay. There isn’t one negative thing I could review besides the fact we were too busy to enjoy the gorgeous backyard and outdoor kitchen area. This house is well equipped, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Our only problem was using the TV because there was no instructions in how to navigate in all the options offered. I'm a traveler and understand the need to feel "at home" when you are away from home. The home is VERY well taken care of and maintained since this is my office home when I check on my business. It's a quiet gated neighborhood that has easy access to San Antonio. Sitting out in the beautiful backyard with a covered and open patio with TV, cable, bar, makes you forget you are in the city. All you hear is the breeze and birds chirping. Home backs up to a green belt which means you see nothing but trees. The living area is comfortable with a electric reclining couch and all the comforts of home. The master bed is flushed with comfy pillows and a form fitting mattress that makes you fall asleep instantly in comfort. Forgot something? Most likely the home will have many extra's like soap, shampoo, iron, iron board, curling iron, blow dryer, complimentary coffee, and more! 4-9-24 - new water softner installed! 8-30-24 - a new AC system was installed. We welcome you!
