Cliff Diver House is a completely renovated 1950’s home in downtown San Antonio. This gorgeous 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bath home is beautifully furnished with whimsical hand painted furniture and tastefully decorated. The home has all new modern appliances, cable TV, Wifi, and private parking. Located only 1.5 blocks from the Riverwalk and a short walk to all downtown attractions. This home was renovated to be short term housing with all modern conveniences and amenities incorporated. Please enjoy!

The space
High Diver House is a beautifully renovated upstairs duplex conveniently located to all San Antonio downtown attractions. Our home is modern, with the preserved old-fashioned charm and free private parking. It is within 1.5 blocks to the Riverwalk entrance, a short walk to Pearl Brewery, Convention Center, Att Center, Majestic theater and Market Square. You can enjoy the Tower of the Americas and City lights from the porch patio table. There are several trendy restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our beds are brand new and comfy, along with a kitchen any chef would envy. Very easy access to the freeways. The home boasts all new appliances, Roku TVs, free WIFI and cable, coffee, shampoo dispensers, and a home security system. The doors have a unique code for easy 24 hour check in. This is an upstairs unit, so you will have to climb a flight of stairs. Please enjoy the comfort of our home!
We do have our short term housing permit for San Antonio.


Guest access
This is a wonderful private, safe and secure home. The parking is exclusive to this unit and will accommodate two (2) large vehicles. There is additional street parking and a paid parking lot at the end of the block that will accommodate very large vehicles. The door locks, security system and and HVAC are operated with smartphones. There are backup mechanisms in place for those that do not have smartphones. The smart locks facilitate 24 access via the smartphone. There is never a need for guests to exchange keys or codes for entry. There is a full size washer and dryer. The backyard is shared space with a patio table and chairs.

Other things to note
The entire house, 318 and 320 Balitmore are short term rentals Both units "Vicky's Place" 320 the downstairs unit and "Cliff Diver House" 318 the upstairs unit are similar in size, amenities, and decor. If you are interested in booking both units of this home, check the availability and indicate so in the email. This is a mother daughter joint venture. We welcome guests to either or both units. This was the perfect house for our San Antonio getaway! Our 23 year old daughter loved it - she had a bathroom to herself and plenty of space to spread out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house is set up with everything in mind. We loved reading about the hosts and will absolutely stay here again! 2 balconies for coffee or evening drinks added to the charm. Great location!

This house was perfect for four elderly siblings having a little reunion. The decorations were unique, house clean, beds comfortable. We loved both porches for our morning coffee. It was worth having to go up the stairs to get to the unit. It was an easy walk to the downtown river walk and also you can walk over to the "Pearl" area. We hope to stay there again sometime.

This was a perfect place for my son, daughter-in-law, and me to spend their Spring Break. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms there was plenty of space for privacy, yet a lovely living room, dining room, kitchen, and balconies gave us ample space for gathering and sharing. There is a little gas mart within the block and the RiverWalk is a couple blocks away. It's a quiet, walkable neighborhood with very little traffic. The decor is interesting and fun!

The Cliff Diver was just right for our stay in S.A. Comfortable beds, clean and convenient to downtown; as described with no surprises. Fun and interesting eclectic style was a plus! Very responsive owner; we had a little glitch checking in but she immediately answered our call and was able to resolve the issue in two minutes -- very nice!!! The place was great for two couples. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It's a quiet area and a central location between the Riverwalk district and the Pearl district. I gave it four stars due to the fact that one shower did not drain at all, the neighbor across the street and empty lot are unsightly when drinking coffee on the porch, and there was no kettle as described. My wife drinks bone broth every morning and it was unsafe to boil water in a pot and pour it into a mug. I also think that it should be noted that the keypad for the house alarm has a camera that looks into the living room, so privacy cannot be guaranteed.
