The house is located in the heart of a quiet hamlet, near the beautiful beach of Océanides and La Piste and the market (3 times a week in summer) and the pedestrian street with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. restaurants. We enter through a small private driveway with a place to store bicycles. On a surface of 60 m2 with on the ground floor: a bathroom with shower washbasin and washing machine, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a TV, a room dining under the veranda overlooking a shaded wooden terrace with a barbecue and a garden facing south / southwest, chairs available. 1st floor: separate WC with washbasin, 1 attic room with a bed of 140X190, cupboards and wardrobe, 1 attic room with 2 beds 90X190, possibility of a 3rd bed. Both bedrooms have electric windows.

sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit einer fehlfreien Ausstattung, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen, wir wurden von der Agentur wunderbar betreut, alles in allem perfekt! Super Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt super zwischen Strand und Ort. Zum Strand Oceanides (der u.E. auch der schönste mit dem meisten Platz!) nur 900 Meter, mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten da. Auch in den Ort mit dem Fahrrad nur 5 Minuten. Ist auch besser als mit dem Auto wegen Stau und Parkplatz-Suche. Bäcker am Kanal sehr zu empfehlen. Der Empfang und die Hilfe von Sandra ist toll, und sie ist sehr flexibel gewesen. Die Küche mit dem Ceranfeld und dem neuen Spüler ist gut ausgestattet, ebenfalls ist genug Geschirr vorhanden. Der Filter der Dunstabzugshaube müsste mal getauscht und die Haube an sich sauber gemacht werden. Leider war in der oberen Etage Sand auf dem Boden und es lagen einige Haare herum (Hund ?). Das sollte abgestellt werden dann wäre es perfekt. Die Zimmer oben sind sehr hellhörig. Aber das soll den positiven Gesamteindruck des Hauses nicht beeinträchtigen. Der Wintergarten ist toll und der kleine Garten ist schön angelegt. Der Tisch ist zum frühstücken draußen schnell rausgetragen. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen ! Vielen Dank !

Idéalement située

Entre les plages et le centre ville, la localisation est idéale, et les prestations sont conformes au descriptif, même si le côté mansardé des deux chambres pourrait être plus signalé. Le seul point un peu négatif, c'est que les w.e, la rue qui est en fond de jardin est très passante et bruyante avec tous les véhicules qui circulent. Pour le reste, c'est très positif, avec en point d'orgue l'accueil, l'adaptabilité et la disponibilité de Sandra, elle est vraiment top.

Beaucoup de bruit coté jardin

Villa agréable ,mais le cote jardin est sur le bord de route et la piste cyclable et en plein été ,c est un défilé permanent,d où peu de tranquillité. Heureusement les chambres sont de l autre coté donc au calme. Sinon elle est bien située. Équipement électroménager parfois vétuste à renouveler. Freundliches Haus zwischen Ort und Meer

Das Haus liegt jeweils etwa einen Kilometer vom tollen Strand und vom Ort (Bäcker, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars) entfernt, so dass wir die Wege bequem mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß zurücklegen konnten. Auch die Nachbarorte (z.B. Hossegor) lassen sich über das gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege-Netz super mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist hübsch und freundlich. Die Terrasse bietet schöne, schattige Sitzgelegenheiten und der Wintergarten mit Esstisch eine Ausweichmöglichkeit bei kühlerem Wetter oder abendlicher Mückenplage. Mit unseren zwei Kindern im Alter von 7 und 14 Jahren hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La petite maison est propre, fonctionnelle, au calme. Il y a un petit jardin pour bronzer et manger. Si il pouvait juste y avoir une grande casserole pour les pâtes ça serait top.

Top location, een aanrader!!!

We hebben een zeer aangename vakantie gehad in een "cosy" huisje die vooral heel goed was geëquipeerd! Alles was zoals de foto's voorstellen, misschien zelfs nog iets beter! Het onthaal door Sandra was heel attent en vriendelijk, de ligging is ideaal tussen het centrum en het strand. Er is altijd parkeerplaats! We kunnen dit verblijf aan iedereen aanraden, ideaal voor een gezin met 2 kinderen!

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Arrivés sur place nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis par la personne qui nous a remis les clefs. Il ne manque rien pour passer une séjour agréable. le centre ville est proche ainsi que les plages. Terrasse et jardinet agréables avec barbecue et plancha. Bref nous recommandons chaudement ce logement pour passer de merveilleuses vacances .

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, dans cette location qui a tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires, proche du centre ville La plage la plus proche est a 5 min en vélo Pas besoin de voiture, il y a des pistes cyclables pour se déplacer dans tout Capbreton et Hossegor. Nous recommandons cette location pour une famille de 4 personnes
